About this property

Boat House Studio - Water Front Pets WiFi Smart TV by RedAwning

Welcome to our cozy little Studio Apartment at our BoatHouse property.



This Studio is smaller, similar to a hotel suite. The living room/bedroom are

combined with a Queen Size Bed.



Our mini kitchen will be fully stocked with everything you may need to cook

your meals. It is set up with a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave

- everything needed for those home cooked meals.



We have a full size bathroom with new tile floors and walls, with a stand up

shower.



Our hardwood floors with a few scattered throw rugs make it perfect for pets.

There is a large charcoal barbecue pit for you to use to cook and grill your

RibEye Steaks!



The large fenced in yard is perfect for your little ones to run and play.



We are waterfront, and we do have a water front deck from which you can enjoy

the beautiful water views.



We have High speed WiFi and a large Smart TV.



Private parking is just outside your door.



This unit is brand new with new appliances and furniture throughout. New

Central Heat/AC has just been installed.



This brick Water Front home consists of 3 additional apartment units. Each

unit has its own entrance/exit and nothing other than the yard and waterfront

deck is shared.



This is a residential neighborhood - quiet and respectful and we intend to

keep it this way.



This is perfect for a military couple or a couple coming into town for a few

months at a time.



The dock is no longer available as it was damaged and will soon be rebuilt.



Pet Fee is $99 per pet and per stay plus tax and processing fees.



If not disclosed prior to your stay, the pet fee is $300



Pets must be house trained and stay off of bedding and furniture



An Extra Cleaning fee of $99 will be charged to remove pet hair from bedding

or furniture



Extra Charges:



Early Check-In for 1 PM - $75 (if available) Late Check-Out at 1 PM - $75 (if

available)



Normal Check Out is 10 AM. A fee of $45 per hour is charged beginning at

10:05 AM



Cleaners are on a schedule and can not be kept waiting!



This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise. Quiet

hours begin at 9 PM.

Norfolk stay

The pictures are inaccurate.A family was staying right at the deck.The grilling area is in rough shape.I will purchase canceling insurance for now on because of this property.Very outdated.Needs some money put into it.It has good potential but a no thankyou for me.Parking was terrible for me as I had a big work truck.And outdated appliances.Live and learn.

We understand your frustration with the accuracy of photos, the shared outdoor spaces, and the condition of some amenities. Our listing photos are of the actual unit, and we do note that this facility has multiple units with some shared outdoor areas, including grilling spaces. We also understand that parking a large work truck can be challenging and regret any inconvenience this caused. While our appliances were installed within the last two years, we appreciate your feedback on their appearance.
