Run down and dirty
If I could rate it with no stars I would. We walked into what I can only describe as a house after a party that they tried to quickly clean up from. Went to hang our coats up on the coat rack only to have it fall off, it was only secured by duct tape. The house itself was dirty and run down. The two empty garbage cans were strewn on the lawn in the front of the house and yet piles of garbage in open bags were left on the back deck.We had to search to find clean towels and toilet paper. The closets had random items and garbage in them. The sheets and comforter were not clean at all. As we pulled back the covers random hair covered the sheets.The shower curtain in the bathroom was about 8 inches from the lip of the walk-in shower, causing the bathroom to flood with water no matter how hard you tried to not have that happen.As we searched for the coffee maker in the kitchen we found a strange spill in the cabinet under a bowl. It was disgusting. And there was no coffee maker.We immediately contacted the local host to inform him of the condition we found the house in and that we would be leaving in the morning. We were supposed to be there for 4 nights. We could barely make it through one. We asked for a refund. He told us he would let the owner know.The next morning we left for different accomodations
