From the moment you step inside this cozy ground-floor apartment, it feels like your own private escape. Just outside the door, the in-ground pool (4–8 ft deep) glistens under the sun, with a lounge area and swim-off bench waiting for you to dive in. Evenings are for unwinding maybe a soak in the hot tub, a drink by the fire pit, or watching TV under the gazebo as the lights glow around the yard. Inside, you’ll find a comfy sectional, a 70″ TV, a small dining area, and a kitchenette for simple meals. The spacious bedroom (about 300 sq ft) has two queen memory foam beds dressed in soft linens with fluffy robes. It’s peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing. We welcome up to 7 guests (extra guest after 4 are $45 pp/night) and friendly pets ($100 per stay per pet). Come enjoy your getaway just no parties or big gatherings, please.

The outside space is amazing. I wasn’t sure how it would work because it is an apartment that is part of the house but it felt very private. When we had questions about outside TV or how to heat the hot tub, they were only a text away. Very responsive.

Jess is a fabulous host. The property was as described. Beautiful pool, comfortable outdoor seating. Relaxing hot tub experience. The bedroom, living room and dining area were all perfect for our family of three. Very dog friendly! The bathroom is “cozy” but certainly not uncomfortable.

Jess was an amazing host! She answered our questions quickly and helped us out in ways that went well beyond expectations. The place was clean and so comfortable. There’s even an adjustable bed that was perfect for our person who was going into surgery. The location was perfectly located close to the hospital where the surgery took place and really supported all our needs while we were there. Jess was such a kind and helpful host!

Perfect staycation!
