Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the home beautiful & enjoyed features like the pool house & kitchen. We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. We were responsive throughout your stay & replied to your many messages each day with updates as soon as we had them. When you booked, there was no request for pool heat—this is something most guests typically arrange in advance due to the additional setup & fee. Once you inquired, we immediately informed you that a custom-order part for pool had unexpectedly failed & was on order. Unfortunately, this was outside of our control & we kept you updated throughout. During your stay, the pool temperature ranged between 77–83 degrees & remained usable. The guest who checked in immediately after your stay did not request pool heat & shared that the pool was warm enough for their use. The home’s layout is clearly shown in the listing photos & description prior to booking, including the bedroom configuration. In addition to the pool, the property offers a hot tub, basketball hoop, outdoor pool table, two-person bicycle, multiple seating areas (including a large upper deck with dining for six plus additional seating), ample seating by the pool with loungers, dining table & outdoor couch. The home is also located just minutes from the beach. We’re sorry this stay did not meet your expectations, but we do our best to provide accurate information, proactive communication & a well-equipped home for guests to enjoy.
