Quaint 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home located on a quiet dead end street, close to the beach and all Port Dover has to offer, including professional live theatre, museums, art galleries, wineries, restaurants and shops. Features include outdoor kitchen for the cook in the family which will allow you to hone in on your skills as a master griller. There is a private, fenced in back yard with a seating area. Kick your feet up and relax around the propane fire table or sit back, relax and unwind while gazing up at the stars at the end of each day in the hot tub.

Whether the sun is shining or its raining outside, the peaceful indoor space will tempt you to cook, cuddle, watch a movie, read a book, play games or take a nap. Grab a book, blanket and your favorite drink and relax in one of 2 lounge chairs in front of the gas fireplace.

Additionally, you'll love spending time relaxing here because of the homey feeling you get from having all the amenities right at your fingertips.

Kitchen:
This is a welcoming atmosphere to prepare snacks and meals in when you aren't dining at one of the many delicious restaurants downtown. Alternatively, if you do not wish to cook inside, head outside through the sliding patio doors to the deck where you will find the luxurious outdoor chefs kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee station and pods, a tea kettle and tea bags. You will also find a small wooden tray with favors waiting for you to enjoy with your morning coffee/tea or anytime.

If your wondering what items to pack, don't worry we have you covered with all the kitchen and BBQ tools you will need to prepare meals and containers to store your leftovers.

Dining space:
Sit around the dining table with room for 6, with 4 dining chairs and 2 stools. Enjoy your meal with family or friends or if you prefer to eat outside, there is an outdoor dining table with room for 4 and 2 additional bar stools. You will love starting and ending your days in this outdoor space. This private backyard is a true hidden gem that can be enjoyed by everyone, even your fur babies.

Bedrooms:
The master, secondary and third bedroom are calming and relaxing spaces. Both located on the second level of the home. The master and secondary room is equipped with a window air conditioner for those warm summer days/nights as well as an electric fireplace for those cooler than normal evenings. The third bedroom is equipped with a fan. Pillows, comforters and linens will be provided.

Master bedroom-Queen size bed with bed side lamps on each side of the bed. Phone charging station and 2 closets and a dresser.
Second bedroom- Double size bed with 1 bed side light and phone charging station, 1 closet and a dresser.
Third bedroom- Bunk beds with ladder. Phone charging station, 1 closet, 1 dresser and a wall clothes hanger.

Bathroom:
This room is a welcoming retreat. With a shower and a deep soaking tub. Great for bath time for guests of all ages. We provide bath towels, face cloths, hand towels, body wash, and shampoo and conditioner to make your morning or evening routine more luxurious.
