Come home to this lovely 2BR apartment, where every area is spacious from the living space to the kitchen and to every bedroom. You might not want to leave when everything you've ever desired is there at your fingertips. The unit boasts a private balcony overlooking the iconic Dubai Frame which you and your family will surely love!
It features a wide floor layout, high ceilings, glass walls, top-of-the-line furniture, upscale aesthetics, and tranquil décor. The beauty of this space will astound you from the moment you walk in. You would want to unwind on the comfortable L-shaped sofa couch and cozy throws while admiring the pleasant views of the community. This space is completed with a sooted carpet, a stylish center table, a big flatscreen TV in a console rack and wall frames.
Prepare delectable meals in the spacious kitchen, spotlessly clean, modular kitchen, which comes fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (a stove, oven, cookware, microwave, dishwasher, and more). It has a kitchen island counter with 2 lovely highchairs that’s readily set-up for your breakfast or quick bite snack to share with your loved ones.
The gorgeous dining area has an enormous rectangular dining table and upholstered dining chairs for six people. Serve the freshly prepared, delectable supper there and strengthen your bond with your loved ones. Not to mention the overlooking city views to elevate more your dining experience.
The apartment features 2 bedrooms. All the bedrooms are uniquely designed in a minimalist yet modern design to suit your standard. It has a queen-sized bed and king-sized on the other, and each bed is fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows to ensure a sound sleep for everyone. All the bedrooms have wardrobe closets, bedside tables, lamp lighting, dressers, and en-suite bathrooms.
Fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are provided in each bathroom for an absolute five-star experience.
Step onto the balcony, which gives you a relaxing ambiance, and perhaps enjoy a nice cup of coffee or afternoon tea outdoors while admiring the city views and the famous Dubai Frame.

The Neighborhood:
Za'abeel is located in eastern Dubai, nestled between the old and new Dubai, It offers easy access to major business and leisure centers. With Max Metro Station and Sheikh Zayed Road in close proximity, providing residents with a range of conveniences and accessibility.
The neighborhood boasts modern buildings with exceptional amenities and is situated in close proximity to Dubai World Trade Centre, Future Museum, DIFC, Downtown & City Walk. Leisure activities are just a quick taxi or metro ride away while Dubai Frame, Garden Glow are nearby making it an ideal location for those who want to explore and experience Dubai.
This area gives convenient access to Dubai's most luxurious restaurants & bars (Sheraton Grand Hotel, Sky 5, Coya, Cipriani, La Petite Maison, to name a few) if you want to have grand meals whenever you like. The location in close proximity to several beaches, including North Beach Pearl Jumeirah, Mercato Beach, Jumeirah Public Beach and Kite Beach. North Beach, located in Pearl Jumeirah, is just a 16-minute drive away by car. Mercato Beach is a sandy beach on the Gulf, providing a walking and cycling promenade, food kiosks and a library, and is only an 18-minute drive from the neighborhood.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for a private ride.
Those with private conveyance can also commute using the city’s major roads. Sheikh Rashid Road lies on the northern side, while Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Street and Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) is on the western and eastern sides, respectively.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, Max metro station is very close by and within walking distance. Residents can take the Dubai bus from Al Jafiliya bus station and the Department of Health bus station, where Buses 27 and 29 can take you to the Dubai Mall where the Fountain is and more high-end stores and designer brands for you to shop at. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.
If you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall, you can get down to Damac Properties station which is connected to the tram station, which can take you to those places and more.
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
