Great location!

Great location! Stayed with a coworker for a nearby conference and enjoyed the close proximity to our event. Also very close to the race track, Hendrick Motor Sports and PNC. This is a no frills type of place to stay and supplies are limited. So come prepared with soap, coffee, etc.

Good place for a quick or long stay.

Only stayed a few days. The laundry and iron that was provided were key to get ready for the wedding we were in town for. The clean beds and hot showers are always appreciated. Centrally located for everything we needed. Easy and quick entrance to the house. Our contact was quick and precise with any questions.

Home near UNC Charlotte

We were in town for our daughters graduation from UNC Charlotte. We enjoyed our stay. The property was convenient to campus, restaurants and shopping. The home was very clean inside. The yard could have been a little cleaner. There were lots of leaves around the door entrance and porches. Overall a great property.

Do your research.

The property was okay. Me personally I wouldn’t stay again. The host never sent the lock code. I reached out via email and call. No response. I had to reach out to Vrbo. Check in was @ 4pm., the code was sent at 9:55pm. No compensation at all. There are rooms in house with locks of the door. Felt as if someone was living there during our stay. The back door was locked only the owners could unlock it( so basically one way in and out). Another room was banned with bug bombs. One of the bedrooms bed was broke and patched up. Which broke again during the middle of the night.

After sending your feedback to the owner, we’d like to share the following: - We deeply regret the issues and delay you experienced accessing the home. Rest assured, we will address this matter promptly with our local contact to ensure it does not impact future guests. - We were surprised to hear about issues with the bed, as we had spoken with you during your stay and nothing was mentioned. We would have acted immediately to resolve the issue had we known, to ensure that you could fully enjoy your stay. - There are two entryways on the property - the front door and the side door. Both have been inspected after your departure and remain fully functional. - We do keep two specific doors locked. One leads to a sunroom that is not advertised as accessible. The other is a closet we use for storing supplies that are used for the home, such as paper towels or cleaning supplies. - There are no other locked doors, and the property remains entirely private with no other guests or residents.Despite the encountered issues, we believe the refund provided was a fair resolution. We remain confident that this home will continue to host many satisfied guests. Thank you once again for your valuable feedback.
