The sofa bed is located in the living area of the property and can sleep 1 or 2 guests- sofa bed linen is an additional charge. First floor contains 1st bedroom with Queen bed and Main bathroom. second floor contains Master bedroom with Queen bed and Ensuite, 3rd bedroom contains a Single bed. Upper floors accessed by stairs only. The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large flatscreen Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dining area with seating for six, making it easy to enjoy meals together. City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city. This property has no allocated carparking provided. Street parking only.
