The room was clean with good heating systems. We were missing a heated towel rail which would have been nice but otherwise all was great. The location is perfect for exploring the city and accessing great restaurants by foot.

We arrived after reception was closed. Instructions were clear as to how to check in but we'd booked a car space in basement & if someone hadnt come out to help I wouldn't have known how to get to the basement. The room was adequate, had everything we needed but fan in bathroom very noisy, plug in basin wasn't working, water kept draining away and no detergent to wash dishes and no tea towel to dry our dishes. We found some tissues in the end.
