Yorkson Creek Slumber

The Home and Neigborhood:
This clean and comfortable two-bedroom townhouse is located in the beautiful family-friendly Yorkson Creek neighborhood. Across the street, you'll find an elementary school and a fantastic park—ideal for families. The townhouse is just a five-minute walk away is Willoughby Town Centre Plaza, featuring Hakam’s Independent Grocer, a 24-hour phở restaurant, and more.

For commuters, the Highway 1 on/off ramp is a quick three-minute drive, and the Langley Events Centre is five minutes away by car.

The Space:
This modern 1,010-square-foot townhouse offers two bedrooms upstairs—one with a king bed and the other with a queen. The living room features a sectional sofa that converts into a queen-size hide-a-bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests.

As I travel frequently for business, you will find some personal items in closets and drawers. However, I’ve made sure there’s plenty of space available for you to store your belongings comfortably during your stay.

There are 14 steps from the entrance to the main floor (2nd floor). There are 17 steps from the main floor to the bedroom level (3rd floor).

Please note: There is no powder room on the main floor; both bathrooms are located upstairs.

Guest Access:
Once you've turned into the townhouse complex, take the first right and turn into the lane that goes to my driveway. My parking space is the first on the right. There will be a light on and the garage door says "UNIT 1" and "OCCUPIED". Once you've parked, you'll need to walk to the front of the townhome to access the front door. The walk from the garage to the front door is not covered. You will be exposed to the weather if it rains.
Other aspects to highlight
There is a school and a park right across the street. The Langley Events Center is a 3-minute drive away.
