Great stay for warm weather

The stay was lovely, and the property has a great location and vibe! There was a little confusion getting in, just because the listing doesn't make it look like there are 2 separate sructures (garage/hot tub/ large bedroom w/ mini bar up top and main house with kitchen/ pool table/ bedrooms/ living room down by the lake). However, the home itself is lovely, and in a prime location on the lake! Shower curtain and bath rugs up top weren't the cleanest, but the rest of the home was in great shape. Our group had a really nice time together, and are plotting to return for more summery weather, so we can take advantage of the paddleboat, and being on the water.

Susan Lake Cottage

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and nice. Perfect for fishing and relaxing. Kayaks, paddle board, and peddle boat definitely were nice to have on site to use. Our biggest issue was upon arrival the code was not correct to enter the house. We called and did not receive any communication for almost two hours after our arrival time to try to correct the problem. If check in time is going to be after 4 pm. Then their should always be someone available on that day/time to ensure guests are able to enter. The code was never entered properly so the last four digits of the primary number on reservation was never entered into the keypad so that we could use that number to have door unlocked.
