Festival Resort is the ideal choice for those who are looking to keep guests of all ages amused. It offers the tranquility of the countryside and a short driving distance to all of Orlando's attractions, restaurants, commercial centers, malls, and natural trails.
This resort-style gated community has an on-site downtown area that consists of a general store, ice cream parlor, arcade, Florida-style bar & grill, fitness center, resort-style heated swimming pool, private cabanas, kids waterpark, beach volleyball court, and a putt golf course.
Ideally located off I4 in Orlando with a short distance from all the Disney World, Universal, Legoland, and SeaWorld attraction parks, restaurants, malls and well-known championship golf courses.
Lavish decoration highlights this two-story townhouse that offers a perfect accommodation option for big families, or groups of friends, throughout its suites and bedrooms.
On the main level guests can find an open-floor plan that merges a modern and fully-equipped kitchen with the dining and living areas. The Washer/Dryer area is on this floor too.
A wall-to-wall window door leads to the screened private patio with pool and outdoor furniture where guests can enjoy soaking in the Florida sun or dine under the stars.
There are four bedrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor, it has a KingSize bed and shares a full-bathroom.
On the second floor, guests can find the master bedroom with KingSize bed and ensuite bathroom. The beautifully theme-decorated third bedroom consists of two TwinSize Bunkbeds w Mickey Theme and an ensuite bathroom. The last bedroom has two TwinSize Bunkbeds and is also theme-decorated w StarWars!
These upstairs bedrooms share a loft with sitting area ( sofa bed double ) and TV. There is also a full-bathroom along the hallway.

This process includes uploading pictures of your identification documents (e.g., driver's license, passport) through our secure platform. 3. Directions and Check-In Instructions: two days before your scheduled arrival, we will provide you with the full Directions and Check-In Instructions for your Vacation Home. These instructions will include the address, gate codes, and home codes necessary to access your rental property. We recommend saving these instructions for easy reference during your journey.

- Refundable Damage Deposit: please note that all our vacation homes require a refundable damage deposit. This deposit will be charged to your payment method two days prior to your arrival. It serves as a precautionary measure to cover any potential damages incurred during your stay. Rest assured that the deposit will be refunded up to 7 business days after your departure, provided no damages are reported.
Additional Amenities: we provide options such as a BBQ Grill, Pool Heater, Baby Cribs, High Chairs, Strollers, Rollaway Beds, and Pack'n Plays. Please note that these amenities come with an additional cost, which is not included in your total reservation amount.
