Great Break

Stayed for 11 nights in an area of Orlando we know well. It was relaxing from the first day. House was clean and comfortable as described. Pool was lovely, we were in it everyday. Communication with the host was good and response was very quick. I would stay again at this villa. Kind regards, Andrew

Great place to stay!

We highly recommend this VRBO in Davenport Florida. My spouse and I were the only ones staying in the property, but it would also be ideal for larger families. The five bedrooms are spacious and three are Disney themed. If it had worked out to bring our grandkids, they would have loved it. It is a very quiet neighborhood, so if you're looking for a place to relax and get a good nights sleep, this is the place to be. The location is very convenient to all Orlando attractions.

Phenomenal

The stay was very nice. House was as described. They answered my questions very quickly and the house was clean!! I would definitely reccomended for any future VRBO users.

Pretty nice place that could be better

We had 13 of us and stayed 8 days. Overall, this is a good house. The layout is nice, with two large bedrooms downstairs next to bathrooms and 3 bedrooms upstairs. We fit in nicely. There is a large washer and dryer, and the game room is a really nice touch. It is several unique electronic games and a nice pool table and basketball hot shot. Since it is in the garage, you can shut it off from the rest of the house. The backyard is not huge, but adequate. The pool is also adequate – just note that if you want heating, you need to pay for the entire length of your stay. Having an option for fewer days would be nice. Within a 5 min walk there is a park with basketball courts, a sand volleyball pit, and a pond. Disney World is 20 min away per Google maps, but when you drive it, add 10-20 min because the traffic is always awful. So, why only 4 stars? Because when we showed up for our week stay, we were only given 2 garbage bags and enough dishwasher soap for 2 loads. That was it. No soap or shampoo in the showers, no laundry detergent, no hand soap, nothing. I have stayed in over 40 VRBO type houses, including Mexico and Guatemala, and have never had the host not provide basic essentials of living. To their credit, they did drop off some more things after we complained. And, hopefully, they will fix this going forward. As they seem responsive – let me give some advice that they need hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, dryer sheets, enough garbage bags for a couple weeks, and dishwasher soap. They could also use a few more forks and spoons, a 9X13 pan for baking, and hand towels in the bathrooms. These simple things would make it a 5 star house.
