Villa has been updated with new kitchen appliances and granite counter top as well as other improvements. Interior of home has been freshly painted. Fully furnished & equipped 5 Bed/4 Bath (3 ensuite) fully air-conditioned villa 30 minutes from Disney World & close to many championship golf courses. Villa has games room with full-size pool table. Lounge features 2 leather recliner sofas, flat screenTV wall mounted in living room and all bedrooms, small safe & wireless internet access. Patio doors lead to 40’ x 25’ screened decking area with 14’ x 28’ optional heated pool (not overlooked) poolside furniture for lounging, sunbathing & outside dining. Bedrooms comprise 1 king master suite, 1 king master suite on main floor. 1queen bedroom with en suite, 1 twin bedroom & children’s Disney themed room with 2 bunk beds sharing 4th bathroom on upper floor. Full kitchen with 2 breakfast bars and separate dining room as well as a washer and dryer on main floor.
New carpeting in bedrooms and stairway, new tile flooring in living room, kitchen and dining room. New flat screen tv's in living room and bedrooms.

Disney trip

Loved our stay! Dee was super easy to communicate with and was on top of any (minor) issue we had. We had 5 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 4-17 and there was plenty of space for everyone. Beds were comfy, pool was awesome. Easy drive to the parks, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Would definitely stay again!

Spacious house in great location!

This house was wonderfully spacious to accommodate our family of 11. We really enjoyed our private pool in the lanai in the back yard with the privacy fence at the back as well, not looking at someone else’s back yard! We would absolutely stay here again when the kids want to visit any of the Orlando and area attractions!

Rose Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Davenport, staying at Rose Villa. Our Property Manager (Dee) was Extremely Responsive to all of our requests, needs and concerns (no matter how Trivial) Parks , and attractions were very close, as were Restaurants. Uber Drivers in the Davenport , Clermont areas are amazing and very responsive. We used them often in the Evenings. We were there for a Month. 😊

Spacious, good location but needs an exterminator

The size and bedrooms of this house were awesome for my group of 12. Unfortunately my husband woke up the very first night with a massive cockroach on his leg in bed 😭 of course this freaked out all the kids the entire vacation. We came across a few other huge roaches and some small ones. Kids refused to use garage game room the whole time after spotting roaches scurring in there. Id highly suggest having someone take care of this. Otherwise, the pool was amazing for everyone, the room layouts were great, dryer worked awesome, fridge was nice, the location seemed safe with plently of store options around and not too far from theme parks. More living room seating would be nice so everyone can sit but space is understandably limited in living area. There were multiple areas with light blubs out, transition pieces missing causing people to step on carpet tacks, the bathroom doorknob to the master bath immediately fell off. This is a decent place that could be made great with a little extra care. 🙂

Big enough and close to the parks!

Overall our stay as a family of 9 was enjoyable! All appliances worked great and AC worked so well that we were able to enjoy the cool air after the parks all day and not spend a fortune on eating out! Location is close to a grocery store so it was easy to grab stuff we needed/forgot at home. However, the mattresses are completely worn out not comfortable and maybe should be replaced. There needs to be a little more seating for larger parties (the sectional is not conducive to everyone having a place to sit comfortably). The lights in the bunk bed room were completely burned out and no bulbs around to replace, with the air set it was extremely hot upstairs without ceiling fans, there were also burnt out lights in the master downstairs, kitchen and entry way. There was a hole in the bathroom wall in the master bath where it looks like the towel bar came off and was not repaired. Lastly the biggest issue we found were bugs, water bugs upstairs. Not consistently but enough times the kids were scared to sleep in one of the upstairs bedrooms without an adult checking the room first.
