Family Ready in Gated Community Near Attractions

This Villa is located in the beautiful Aviana Resort Community. Aviana is a private, gated community, situated among 46 acres of tropical landscape with many amenities including a pond behind the clubhouse for fishing. You will love the clubhouse for its zero-entry, heated pool and spa, surrounded by a large sun deck and cabanas. The facility also offers a large gathering room and an exercise room. You can also pass the time in the cyber café. The clubhouse also features a playground for the kids, a sand volleyball court, basketball hoops, putting green and a ping pong table.

Our Villa is a 5 Bedroom / 4 Bath home with accommodations for 10 people. You will find that the comforts of home were always in mind when the home was furnished.

This is an ideal vacation home for a large family or for two families to share. The home features two master bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. One master bedroom has a luxurious soaking tub to help unwind after a long day as well as a large, stand-up shower. Both Master bedrooms feature a King size bed. The Queen bedroom is on the first floor with a hallway bathroom. The 4th & 5th bedroom is a twin bedroom with a hallway bathroom. The home is centrally air-conditioned and has always been pet and smoke free.

The living room features two comfortable sofas. Sit back and enjoy a television program on the flat screen TV. There is a covered lanai with a table and 4 chairs for outside dining or snacks. Or you can soak up some sun on one of the poolside chaise lounge chairs. Adults and kids alike will love the pool in our villa. Jump in the pool and cool off after a long, hot day or relax with a cold drink.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need to prepare full meals for the family. There is a separate dining area for the whole family. If cooking on vacation is not your thing, don’t worry there are many dining options just minutes from the house.

For the Golfers out there, the world-class Champions Gate Golf Course is less than 10 minutes away, featuring two courses designed by Greg Norman and with at least 10 more courses in the area, you could play a different one each day of your vacation.

Our Villa also has a laundry room with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. We have also included hair dryers for your convenience. In the case that you are traveling with small children, we have provided for your use a Pack and Play and a high chair.
