Our villa, Tree House, is beautifully decorated and furnished with attractive, upscale furniture, brand new bedding and many upgrades.

Located just 3 miles from Disney's main entrance in the peaceful Indian Creek community, Our Tree House provides a superior accommodation in the ideal location. This area is known as the preferred area for guest home rentals near Disney because of its close proximity to other attractions including Universal Studio, Sea World, Discovery Cove, and Wet 'N Wild. There is a large plaza comprised of nearly a dozen restaurants, various shops and a 24 hour grocery store located on the corner as you turn off of Rt. 192 to head back to your home.

This stylish single story 5 bedroom/4 bathroom home has air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans located in every room. The two king en-suites open to the pool area and have luxurious pillow-top beds. A third Queen-Size bedroom has a pillow-top bed and adjoining bath. The remaining 2 bedrooms each contain two twin beds. There are plush linens throughout. The couches in the living room open into queen sofa bed, if needed, or can just be used to lounge on as you watch late night movies on the nearby cable TV. We have cable TV and ceiling fan on each bedroom. We also provide FREE high speed Internet service and FREE domestic long distance phone service. Keep in touch with anyone, anywhere in USA, all you need to do is hock up your laptop and sign on.

The spacious living room is perfectly laid out for watching the fun going on in the pool area. The entire yard is screened-in and well fenced for privacy. As you exit out to the pool area,
The sparkling pool is the perfect place to enjoy the Florida sunshine. The pool is gas heated with lighting so that you and your family can enjoy splashing around whatever time of year or time of day you come to stay.

The large, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to feel at home: a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, plates, glasses and silverware, etc. There is a well-equipped laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use, complete with an ironing board and iron. Extra Thick and Fluffy Towels are in all bathrooms.
Provided at no additional charge is gear for the growing family: a Pack-n-Play portable crib, high chair, stroller, and bed rails.

Perfect for large family

House needs a little updating and maintenance but otherwise a good value for the price. Plenty of towels and dishes. Clean with lots of room. If there wasn't so much traffic, I would not have minded the distance from the house to the parks (it's quite a drive to Universal!)

Great location

Firstly great location and very convenient for Disney, shops & restaurants. The property itself has good facilities and the owner was very responsive to problems. The bedrooms, towels and sheets were all clean, but unfortunately the kitchen area and utensils needed cleaning before use, so unfortunately the management company hadn't cleaned this area thoroughly. Maybe requires a bit of updating however it was ideal for our purposes as we spent little time at the property apart from sleeping and meals. The convenience of the location with regards to Disney was a major plus.

Luxury with comfort

The experience at this property was great. Few little niggles- loose power outlets, no tv in 4th room, disposal not working, bag from previous person and underwear left at property. The pool was fantastic and the beds comfy. The sofa kept coming apart, but was otherwise comfy to relax on. Pool table could do with some attention and some lights not working (probably just need new bulbs). The air conditioning was a god send. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Could've been better

The house is very spacious. It was equipt with everything we need for entertaining. I found a blue pill on one of the dressers which is scary because I have children. The only other issue i had was the walls were dirty and there was a lot of dust in the house.

Comfortable and roomy, however in need of many updates

The home is roomy, the beds had some memory foam pads on them so for a week they were acceptable. The refrigerator worked, however, ice maker did not and the door shelves were all broken as were 2 of the drawers. The oven worked but was no where near the correct temperature. We had to set it at 450 to get any heat. Cooking / baking dishes were extremely poor, the owner did provide new items after contacting the management company. Rugs were torn in areas and runner in front of sliding door curled on the ends making it a trip hazard. The directions referred to a pool cover that was not present, however pool stayed warm. We did not try the jets in the hot tub area as the control wires looked to be in poor shape and we were concerned about possible issues. One bathroom had a fair amount of mold around the window caulking. Light on end table did not work because the switch to turn on/off was missing. Chairs in kitchen area are loose and we had concerns that they could break and lead to a fall for some people. The home advertises 6 televisions and cable tv, what you get is 4 or 5 stations tops. On a positive note, the owner was very easy to work with and polite and responsive to texts. As noted above replacements for severely burned pots and pans were obtained quickly. This could be a very comfortable and pleasant rental if home updates are made.

I thought only the cookingware needs to buy new, I asked management to buy a whole set of cookingware as well as baking ware for your convenience. If you could let me know the fridge parts need replacement, I could buy during your stay. Sometimes appliance in vacation house cannot serve as long as at home. The fridge is 2 years old, but some shelves are broken. I have already ordered ice maker and shelves, looking for new stove now. Functional Holiday Home

House was clean,tidy, the swimming pool was good and beds comfortable Disappointed 1) the TV in main room was broke, that was particularly annoying 2) several towels had holes and bleach stains, however were clean 3) the green recycling bin was left more than half full on arrival 4) there was no gas for the bar-b- que on arrival that impacted our cooking plans 5) the air conditioning controls were isolated and if changes were required the property service company needed to be contacted 6) several table lamps were not working and were missing switches that inconvenienced the flexibility in reading 7) considerable number of light bulbs not working 8) the sink in the first bathroom was badly corroded and very unsightly 9) the kitchen knifes were in bad condition and not sharp, one of our party cut their finger because of a damaged knife. 10) the blinds in the front bedroom were insufficient and needed to close out large open glass space. 11) there was a small hole in the insect screen below the door handle 12) there was conflict in the garbage notices on the wall and the rule book. On page two (2) it stated green bin to be left out before 06:00am on Friday morning and on page eleven (11) it stated the pick up was Thursday * one of the neighbors emptied ordinary trash in the green bin Suggestions 1) replace the main room TV 2) replace defective towels 3) clearly define the recycle bin pick up day and clarify the uses of the three (3) garbage bins in the rule book. 4) review your checkout time of 10:00 am because it is impractical to start the laundry of so many bed clothes prior to departure. We had to get up early to ensure compliance. 5) review the blinds in the front bedroom Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house, however we used the house mostly to relax in the evening/night after visiting all the parks attractions and amenities during the day/evening.

Thank you for your review. I just come back from the house. Have fixed what I can during my two weeks stay. Purchased new pillows, new comforters and bed sheets for every beds. Also new towels for every bathroom. Cable tv was working for all rooms. I have standard service from spectrum. If you ever see tv is not working, please contact our local management staff. If it is issue with cable, they can contact customer service for you. For the garbage collection: Thursday is yard waste. Monday is regular garbage collect, when you checkin, it is Saturday, half load in the bin needs to wait coming Monday to collect. We provide grill machine for your convenience, no charge to use it if clean it after use. Guest needs a o fill up the tank for their own use, if there is left over in the tank, you can use it, otherwise you need to fill up yourself. When you email me said “fill up the tank within 1/2 hour... my local management staff was confused. I have to pay for it to calm you down” Wish you could be polite when asking for help. Series of Unfortunate events

First of all the drawer was barely hanging on in the first place it was stuck or off track when I it was pulled it just came off. It shouldn't have come apart without force, but it did. We just happened to be the last ones to use it as it broke. You could look at and tell us put together poorly. Ant around the sink The house had roaches in the kitchen coming up from behind the stove. The refrigerator outside and inside was dirty and it looked like it hadn’t been wiped out. It was stains in the back from things spilling in it. Shall I go on? The furniture was old and outdated like it had been purchased at several different yard sales. It looks as though no one cleaned in years there were layers of dust everywhere you looked. The washing machine messed up my clothes because it was broken and old. We called immediately about the washing machine, and he told us to unplug and replug it and call him back. When I called back no one would answer the phone. After sending owner email manager was sent out. Repair man finally came Wednesday. New Washer couldn't be installed due to rusted corroded pipes. If you didn’t fix this major issue and the ants, roaches and other issues wouldn’t be corrected either. The ceiling was one of the filthiest I have ever seen. The couch was falling apart. The bedding looked dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned. It was so stiff that we slept on top of it with our own blankets. The first bedroom didn’t have any A/C or it wasn’t working properly and the ceiling fan didn’t work at all. The A/C couldn’t be adjusted. The game room was hot and full of lizards and flies. One of the double bed bedroom Had a TV that wasn’t working, and the other double bedroom had no Tv at all. The Tvs that were working had poor cable channels that repeated the same station just different numbers Yes, after all that we didn't complain. She wants to talk about a stupid drawer that was overused. The tree in front had lizards jumping through the front door when you opened it? (Too close) The only nice thing they did was let us in a little bit early. The house was spacious and accommodated the group. Other than that, their service and care sucked. Delaware Family

As it was damaged badly during your stay. We believe it is our responsibility to maintain the vacation house in good condition for all future guests. As for the bugs you mentioned, We would like to clarify that we have regular pest control measures in place, but it's also important for guests to keep doors closed and food and drinks covered to avoid attracting bugs. I wish all guests will maintain the good habits to keep bugs away. As you mentioned, once we found out the washer machine is not working, we have immediately purchased a new washer and try to install asap, our service is in timely fashion. Only thing is the PVC pipe cracks delayed the installation. We have to hire a handyman to fix the pipe and then install the new washer the next day. This is unexpected and we have tried our best. We understand your frustration and disappointment, but we would like to emphasize that we strive to provide our guests with the best possible experience. We take all reviews seriously, but we also believe that it's important to maintain a respectful and professional tone. Outdated and uncomfortable

The house itself is roomy and great for 10 people. Also a great location. It’s outdated though and you have to pay extra to have the pool heated (it still wasn’t very warm). The beds are really uncomfortable and very loud/creaky. The bbq grill is unusable as it has no propane tank and was really dirty. The couch is old and easily comes apart from the sectional.

Thank you for taking time to write us a review. It helps us to further improve our service. The pool heat is optional and only for winter months, therefore we cannot include it to the rent. The pool heat will heat the pool to 88 degree which is suggested by pool technician. We have improved the bed issue with all new mattresses pads. The bbq was for guest’s convenience and requires to clean after use. Since a lot of guests were in hurry to checkout and forgot to clean it and causing too many complaints for new guest, we are now providing the grill rental company information. You will have clean grill and full tank for your stay and don’t have to clean before check out. Hope this helps. The leather cough comes apart because you used the sofa-bed and did not put them back well. Management fixed it. Only thing I don’t appreciated is when I received this message from management report after your stay: “guest left early unfortunately they left 5 loads of laundry…” I wish you can be more considerate as Wash too many loads of laundry will impact the checkin for next guest. The house was big enough for my trip, two masters were great but the property was not clean and the bed gave me a backache. Property management were really nice and responded quickly. Need improvement but I would stay with them again if they change these mattress and get a better cleaning crew.

Also when you say the house is not clean, can you please give me some details? This will allow us to work with management to sort things out. My family goes to the house at least once per year. We buy new bed sheets and pillows for every bed every year. We also bought new towels for every bathroom, new cookware and dishes for the kitchen too. We are trying our best to make our guests feel as comfortable as can be, while also keeping in mind our available budget.

Spacious and relaxing

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was incredibly spacious and well equipped. There wasn’t as much sun in the pool area as we would have liked, but we had paid for the pool heating, so it was wonderfully warm.

Comfortable, spacious and CLEAN!

This vacation rental was a perfect fit for us, two families, three children. Working with the owners was so very easy. They were always quick to respond to any questions that I had during the booking process. My family took advantage of the pool, even when the temp outside dropped to the low 30's, the pool was nice and warm. We saw none of the items the previous reviewer complained of....(ants, dirty beds, mold), and my family has a high standard of cleanliness. I am baffled as to how someone could/would have been able to find that many issues to complain about. We had a wonderful time enjoying Disney, Universal, shopping and fun things Orlando has to offer. The house was impeccable, anything and everything you could need was there and functioning properly. No need for us to waste our vacation looking for things to complain about! We would definitely recommend this very affordable and great vacation home!!!

Not What Was Advertised.

The advertisement stated, "Pillow Top Beds." Nope. False advertising. I was hit by a drunk driver and needed a pillow top mattress. The owner had management pick up flimsy one inch piece of foam to throw on the bed. Beds are all urine stained and mold is growing in the bathroom windows. There were ants in the bathrooms. I paid extra for heat for the hot tub and pool, but it never got above 90 degrees, which was too cold to enjoy. We did not use the hot tub or pool because of that. No refund on the heat either. Argued with the manager and owner over the temp and was told if they heat it hotter, it will break the pump. What? Security deposit took them over three weeks to return to us because they took a trip and, "Would get to it when they returned." Unacceptable. We were told it would be refunded withing four to seven business days of departure. Unless the owners make improvements, I would advise people to rent elsewhere. I also have pictures to substantiate the beds being filthy and no pillow top mattresses. There were also bodily fluids on the bedspreads. Don't know the last time they were laundered.

We will be speaking with our cleaning staff to be sure that, in the future, our home is spotless, even for crawling babies! I reviewed all 58 text messages you sent me during your 7 nights's stay, you asked to buy memory tops, to heat pool for you from early morning until middle night, and also asked if you don't utilize the pool during the day while you were in the park, you want refund for those hours, etc. I wish you could understand to heat the whole pool to 90 degree in winter time will take many hours... It can't be turn on and off too frequently. Actually the guest after your stayed in the same villa wrote me an email to thank me for letting them staying the most comfortable and enjoyable home and also said the pool is steam hot and need to adjust to lower the temperature. 99% of our guest received their refund within 7 days, your refund took longer (11 days), the reason behind is our local management wanted to charge you a couple of call out fees because you call them about 3+ times a day, even after midnight to come over to take look some non emergency issues. I tried so hard to convince him take off the charges and ask him to understand even you have attitude, you are our guest, we have to provide our quality service. Easily the best place for a group in Orlando

Our fantasy football draft was this past weekend. We had this 5 bedroom villa a week, and then rented another 5 bedroom villa from the same owner. It worked out perfectly. We are from North Carolina, so each year our wives join us for the a few days and they all loved it as well. We have been doing this for years- this is the first time we have come back to the same location a second time because of how perfect this place is for large groups. The owner is awesome, the management great, and villas are top notch. Most of us played golf while we were there, and the golf courses are great as well. It's hard to beat. Orlando/Disney house rental

The house was just as described. The location was awesome and convenient to Disney and surrounding areas. The house was neat and clean with an open layout and large enough for our extended family. Great vacation home

We had a wonderful relaxing vacation staying at beautiful Tree House vacation home in Orlando. The Rick and Susan were so friendly and helpful every time we call them. Any small problems or questions their local management staff were right on it! We had our children staying with us for part of our stay and loved all the space for visiting and also privacy when we wanted it. The heated pool and spa off the patio was a favorite gathering place in the mornings and evenings for all of us. Being so close to the Disney parks was a convenient bonus. We had two cars so we could come back to the house to let our little ones take a nap during the day, rest and swim and then go back to Disney in the evenings. Another bonus to staying at Tree House Villa was the convenience of numerous restaurants on Route 192 on the way to the Disney parks, and Walmart, Target, and Walgreens just a few miles away on Route 27. We would love to come back and we would definitely recommend Tree House Villa - the beautiful homes and wonderful friendly, efficient staff to all our friends and family!

Beautiful house for vacation

Well this was our second visit to Tree-House villas and as per our first trip, Rick and Susan were very helpful and were so thrilled that we all returned to FL again. The joys on my boys faces when they saw this villa under the sun again was great. On this trip we were travelling as part of a group of 12, there were 5 of us staying in one villa and the remainder of the group stayed at another villa (not even 2 minute walk away from us) which was great as the kids were able to run back and forth between the houses and we would walk around to each other’s villa for breakfast every morning. I truly love staying here, the house is beautifully kept, the location is fantastic, Their management staff were always willing to assist and to give us ideas of new places to visit and shop, oh and mustn’t forget they gave my husband a few ideas of places to shop as well. Whenever I come to FL I will ensure I stay at one of their accommodation. Thanks again Rick and Susan for another outstanding stay.

Awesome Vacation Home

We were pleasantly impressed with the vacation home. We stayed at the location for 1 wk. It is convenient to souvenior shops, grocery store, shipping and liquor store. We do not recommend the Black Angus for dinner however. This property is centrally located for all the local amusement parks and is great if you want to do the park for a few hours and come back and enjoy the pool and go back to the parks in the evenings. The pool and hot tub are private and great size for the 8 of us that visited. The children loved having seperate bedrooms and plenty of room to relax without being on top of eachother. You won't stay another night in a hotel on vacation after staying here and having the privacy and convenience!

Great Time @ Indian Creek

Our family rented this house for a week of Disney & some golf. Everyone loved this house. It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Great location: Only a few minutes from Disney, Shopping, Restaurants & all other attractions. For golfers many courses to choose from. Great House: Everything imaginable is provided. Great bedrooms. Great Game Room. Great hot tub & pool. Owners were great people to work with. Had no complaints. Deposit refunded immediately.
