This new 4 Bedroom Luxury Villa is located on Emerald Island which is considered one of the area's finest gated communities. Surrounded by conservation area of protected wetlands and woodlands, Emerald Island is a dream island amidst a sea of lush vegetation....minutes from Walt Disney World!!!

A winding palm lined entrance leads you to our villa which sleeps up to 8 people and is fully equipped to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable.

Master Suite
This tastefully decorated bedroom has a king size bed, 32" LCD TV and overlooks and leads directly to the pool and Spa area. The en-suite bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower, large bath tub, marble vanity unit and walk-in closet.

This cozy room has a Queen size bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom.

Perfect distance to thr parks!

We had a great stay and the drive to Disney parks was very short and convenient. Lots of restaurants around and more than half of us enjoyed the pool!

We really enjoyed the house! This is our second time staying at this vacation home & they really upgraded the home since the last time we stayed. It was really nice to be close to Disney & in a gated area with security!! It is the perfect home if after a long day at the amusement parks you want to just lay your head on a pillow & relax! Also the owners were excellent to work with! Thank You for allowing us to rent your vacation home!

Great neighborhood near parks

Description states it’s a new villa, it’s not. Great neighborhood and proximity to parks. Great floor plan. Owner has done some upgrades that are nice. There are signs of upkeep that need attention. Housekeeping did a nice job. Paid for pool heat to find out that it runs 10-6 (when we’re at the parks)(it has no cover) it was too cold for most of us.

Great Weekend Getaway

We checked-in on Thursday afternoon, went and visited all the parks and left by Sunday. We played in the pool, cooked, and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Thank you for everything.

Had a great time with family and friends. Clean property. Great pool and jacuzzi. Kids had a wonderful time in there. Only downside was not enough soap/handwash in the kitchen or bathrooms, no salt/pepper and basic cooking condiments and not enough washing pods as we were 2 families traveling and we wouldn't think of carrying salt and pepper with us. Apart from that, it was a brilliant stay.

Right from the beginning I was confident about booking this house. Any questions I had were always replied to promptly and the house was as pictured - clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the community and felt safe. Orlando is huge and hard to navigate but Emerald Island is close to Disney and grocery stores. We had the pool heated because we came in Feb and wish we could have used it more! but we were so busy it was not used as hoped. We had a great week and would book here again!

Family Vacation

Rooms were much smaller than anticipated based on the pictures. Unable to accommodate entire family (6 adults) in family room. Outdoor trash can was full and we were unable to put our trash in the trash can. Pool was not heated and we were unable to figure out how to operate heating up the pool. House was clean. Easily assessable. Property management was courteous. Close to Disney which is a plus!

Great Home, Even Greater Hosts!

To start of, the home was beautiful. It was well taken care of and was clean the minute we got there. The hosts were easy to work with as well, they gave us detailed directions as to how to get there and how to check in. I had some trouble entering the property but with quick, convenient call, they were able to get me in immediately. Not only that but they allowed me to check in slightly earlier due to our early flight. Overall the trip was a success and relatively stress free thanks to our wonderful hosts. One suggestion that is not a big deal is to include more trash bags. Maybe I missed them but we were only given 2 small trash bags. Thank you very much!

Very worn and lacking homey feel

We found the home well worn with both sets of couches extremely uncomfortable and dirty. Most of the dishes were chipped and we had to by plastic teaspoons (as there weren’t any along with buying a spatula, measuring cups, and baking sheet. The air ducts were filthy and blowing dirt all around. It took 2 weeks to get this problem addresses (our stay was 2 mo). The technician noted there were no filters in the system and the dirt went everywhere. The resort itself is lovely. The home has a nice southern exposure but pool furniture was broken leaving only one lounge. The owner was nice and did have 2 new lounges sent I would strongly recommend updated pictures be posted.

The house has some issues like dirty furniture and outdated curtians with broken blinds. The pool table was in a hot room and the table wasn't balanced. It has cardboard unde the legs. This was a big disappointment for me and my family. The email wasn't sent with the code or the instruction for the house. I will not rent this property again . It took use 2 hours to reach someone to get into the house.

Hidden fees, roaches and rats

The house at a glance has some updated furniture, however the kitchen is not fully equipped, not enough linens, under amenities it states BBQ only to have a $50 charge for use the day I signed the rental agreement which was sent 24 hrs before check-in not 48 hrs as stated in emails. There were live roaches coming out of the stove when I put in a pizza in the oven and the worse part while relaxing by the pool that we didn’t use a HUGE rat ran across the pavement beneath the patio table-awful. I travel to Florida often and always leave a great review-this home was dirty, smelled musty had roaches, rats and you get charged by the Emerakd Island Resort for parking-plus you are only allowed 6 visitors per day! if you plan to have an amazing time in Florida do not rent this house and please also think about staying at this resort-awful!!!

Needs better communication with renters

On the day of our arrival I contacted the property owner due to not having received any information about checkin. When calling the number provided, it would send me to voicemail but would not allow me to leave a message. I was able to “text” that number through the inbox of the app yet I didn’t receive quick response as a matter of fact I received a response way after the checkin time with the property owner claiming they emailed me details for checkin (I checked my email, junk mail, deleted mail and nothing was every emailed, I even asked what email it was sent to and sent from and that email never showed up in my mailbox). Needless to say I was able to get into my rented property because the door to the house was left unlocked. On the wall it stated to contact the property manager named Alan which I did and he was able to help me with the code to the door. The owner then replies to me telling me the person I needed to contact was a property manager named Giselle. This persons name was not listed anywhere yet the number was the same number listed next to Alan’s name. Better communication is really what would have made this trip a 5 star. I felt like I had to be in limbo my whole drive up to our vacation with little ones and not knowing whether we would be able to enter our property or not. Although it was in a community, no one was able to help with any of this information except the owner and property manager. Other than that the house was spacious enough for my family, Pool was clean, the house was a little dusty but smelled very clean when we walked in, air vents should be cleaned as they were full of dust. You also must purchase a key card ($20 a car) to be able to access the community. House was well equipped with necessities in the kitchen, Pool area (although there were not enough Pool towels), bath towels, pool floats, and I even saw a pack and play, high chair, and books in the kids room.

We have travelled to Orlando many times with our children and stayed at various hotels in the region. We always found our trips to the parks exhausting and were more tired at the end of the vacation. We found out about booking a Villa at Emerald Island and we LOVED it. We loved it so much that we decided to own one ourselves.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the benefits of staying home away from home. Cooking our own meals is a great plus, though there are some nice restaurants in the area. Being located so close to Disney, we are able to come home for a quick break after a morning at the park, enjoy a nice meal, have a swim and maybe get the kids rested and head back out for the afternoon and evening at Disney....
