Enjoy an exciting and yet relaxing Disney vacation in a lovely single family home, 4 Bedrooms/ 3 Baths, screened-in heated pool and jacuzzi, pool table, ROKU Smart TV's in every bedroom, living room, garage. Perfect for a family vacation. Why be cramped in a hotel room, when you and your family can enjoy yourselves in a beautiful home. Free pool and spa heat equivalent to $25 a day savings if rent for 7 days or more.

This home has a fully equipped kitchen including a full size refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, crock pot and all the accessories you'll need to prepare anything from a gourmet meal to a quick snack.

Game room with TV/DVD, pool table, foosball and board games. Sports equipment available for use in the park out your back door. You have basketball, tennis, putting green and playground area available in the park. In addition to being minutes from Disney, this home provides quick and easy access to the main highways leading to all of central Florida's attractions. Conveniently located within two miles, you will find grocery stores, 24 hour Walgreen's Pharmacy, along with many popular restaurants such as Outback Steak house. Wonderful Stay as usual

We stay at this home every time we come to Orlando it is like home away from home. My family loves the home and all it has to offer. Close to Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World. Will book again on our next visit.

Lovely home close to the attractions

We always enjoy staying in this home and return every year. The home is well cared for by the owners and staff. Plenty of room for the whole family. Great location that is close to the parks and shopping. You won’t be disappointed.

Lovely home

Lovely property with all the comforts of home. Close to theme parks, shopping and restaurants. Property management was quick to respond when we had a question about the TV. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Great Orlando property!

This was a very nice house with lots of beds and bedrooms for the whole family to spread out. We really enjoyed the pool and spa, both of which were heated perfectly. We used the grill every night as well and liked the location of the property for the parks. Lastly, Grace was wonderful to work with from booking to checkout! Thank you 😊

Home away from home

We couldn't be happier with our stay! The house was beautiful, clean and so convenient to the Disney parks. Our kids loved swimming in the pool each day as well as play in the game room. We so enjoyed the quiet, comfortable accommodations after a busy day at Disney world. Grace was wonderful to work with, she called during our stay to see how everything was going, and very responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous house

We spent a week at this house. It was amazing. The pictures of the house were accurate. The house was very well kept. Easy to get to. Near to all the right places. Host called to check on us. It had everything we needed for a successful vacation. We had a wonderful time and was sad to go. Highly recommend this house.

Great property, close to Disney

Beautiful home and excellent communication from the owner. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with essential items. Additional rolls of TP in the bathrooms would be nice as we couldn't find any additional rolls. But really that's a small issue and may have just been overlooked. Pool was wonderful to have as it was 95 most days we were there. Everything was wonderful and we'd be happy to stay here again.

Will never go back to staying in the Disney Bubble!

We always stay on Disney property, but opted to try this VRBO to have more room and a private pool. It was so amazing, we are now too spoiled to go back to staying on Disney property! My son spent every available min in that wonderful heated pool. The house was clean, comfortable, and close to the parks. Grace was so kind. She even let us know that my son left his Nintendo at the house and she shipped it to us. Loved this stay so much!

Wonderful Spring Break

This was the perfect house for our two families. There was plenty of room to spread out, but we also enjoyed coming together to hang out in the game room and play in the pool. The house had everything we needed, and the owners were very attentive and helpful. We also loved the neighborhood and took full advantage of the basketball and tennis court behind the house. While we enjoyed our day at Universal, I think we all enjoyed the house more. We would definitely come back.

Amazing

We stayed at the property following a cruise. We had a 3 and 4 year old with us and found the house to be very welcoming. After a long day at Disney, it was great to relax in the pool. The kids enjoyed the pool toys and the adults loved relaxing and watching the littles play. The layout of the house was perfect for our 3 families. We could join together in common areas but have that degree of separation for naps. We will definitely rent again, on our next trip to Orlando.

Great stay

Location and condition of this property is nothing short of great. VERY convenient to theme parks and very clean. Grace and Jerry were gracious hosts and communicated clearly and promptly. Two minor notes...I believe the hot tub may be in need of service (intermittent jets, ice cold water coming through jets intermittently, etc) and the temperature control settings inside the home seem a bit extreme (personal preference though I do understand why) but in no circumstance should these things persuade you not to rent this home. Great experience that you certainly won't regret.

Perfect Family Disney Vacation

This home is exactly as pictured and then some!! Meticulously maintained, comfortable, homey!! We have been to Disney several different times and stayed on property, this trip we were taking our sons girlfriends so needed extra bedrooms, this home did not disappoint!! Everything we needed was in the home!! The home is close to a Publix,Walmart, and all kinds of dinning. Our days were spent at the 4 Disney parks and it could not have been easier to get to them. After a long day at the parks the pool and hot tub were perfect!! Grace was very accessible to any question or need!! We would positively stay at her home again and would recommend to anyone planning a trip to the Orlando area.

I am a retired teacher and Jerry is a retired firefighter. We are blessed with wonderful family and friends. Our children and grandchildren are our greatest joys!!! We love to sit out on the lanai and watch them play in the pool.

Why they chose this property

We love our home because it is airy and comfortable. We are always finding ways to make it even more homey when we are there. It is close to so many great restaurants and so wonderfully close to Disney!!! Close to 3 golf courses, Universal is about 20 minutes away depending on traffic and a new $750 million dollar Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville Resort is just 2 minutes down the road!

What makes this property unique

Having a park directly behind it with tennis, basketball courts, a play ground and a putting practice area makes our home unique!!! It is a wonderful quiet neighborhood and yet within five minutes you are up on the main road near restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment.
