It' a cosy & private home that is located in a quiet neighbourhood within 2 minutes walk to the most convenient shops, restaurants & parks . The bus stop is 2 houses away and it is 15 minutes walk to the train station. Only 7 minutes drive to Parramatta CBD and 35 minutes to Sydney CBD.

A Lovely Little Property

The property was exactly what we were looking for. It was small (not ideal for someone who is 6'2) but I (5'2) had no issues. It was in a great location, easy to access. Maryum was easy to talk to and get a hold of anytime we needed something.
