The previous reviews on this property is an indication that Soumia’s review does not in anyway represent this Property or the hosts. Property has 2 bedrooms with 2 Queen size beds and 2 sofas. Hence, can host a family of 4 (that is, sleeps 4). We have hosted several families of 4 and 5 successfully with no issues or complains. When guest Soumia Bessaid checked in on July 26, she made us understand that she is coming with her husband and 2 children - which is a family of 4. But on July 29, she requested for an additional bed but the owners politely told her that it is “2 beds and sleeps 4” ad, not 3 beds. Guest Soumia got angry and said she wants to check out. The hosts accepted and even offered to provide a refund (just so that they can fully enjoy their vacation) if she checks out at 11am which is the standard check out time. But she refused to leave the property at 11am and checked out by 4pm on that day (July 29). She insulted the hosts and used a lot of abusive words (there are proofs of her abusive words). Guest Soumia left the house very dirty (we have pictures to that effect). She was unprofessional, rude, negative and abusive, despite all the host’s efforts to remain positive and help her have an enjoyable stay. She is a very difficult guest; always complaining and nagging. She lied about her conditions and there are several lies in her review especially that of a room smelling musty and moldy. It’s not true. All our rooms are professionally well kept. She also made several unreasonable requests. I would never recommend her to any host.
