Beautiful bright 2 - 3 bedroom house in peaceful Cadboro bay area in Victoria
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Steps away from beautiful beaches and Gyro park. 3-5 minutes walk from the beach. Step away from Cadboro Bay Village, Pepper's supermarket, Wine store, Pub, Thai Lemongrass Restaurant, Moka house Coffee shop and very close walk to UVIC.
Can take one bus # 11 to downtown and back.
Have 4 parking spots on driveway.
The space:
- 3 beautiful bedrooms on the main floor with queen beds.
- If more than 6 talk to the host can accommodate for 3-4 more for $75 extra charge per person.

2 bedrooms (1 sofa bed in living room) - 1 bathroom / 5 guests for $300 per night (extra $50 per night for master bedroom)
Guest access:
- Upper level only.
- Balcony.
- Access to use laundry for 5 days and up.
House Rules:
- No Candles 🕯
- No shoes inside the house. Please take your shoes off before entering the property

- There is a tenant in the basement. Please be respectful of their privacy.
- Noise restriction hours are 9 am - 9:30 pm.
