Treetop Cottage is located in the heart of old town, walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and attractions of Duval Street. Half a block away are some local favorites, like Louies Backyard, Salute! On the Beach, El Sibony and Banana Cafe. Just a half a block in the other direction, you'll find one of the oldest bars in Key West, Don's Place. You'll also be an easy walk or bike ride to the best beaches and sunset views at Ft. Zackary Taylor and Smathers Beach. If you prefer to drive, one off street parking space is available for a compact car.

LIVING AREA & KITCHEN : Designed in the Key West's famous "couch cottage" style, this cozy island home welcomes you with that familiar feeling of home from the moment you enter. The living area boost a large flat screen TV, free WIFI and Roku streaming and a full size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and tool needed to prepare meals at home, when you decide to take a break from the many restaurant's options within walking distance.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Fully fenced for privacy and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, the outdoor living space will undoubtedly become a favorite gathering place to sip morning coffee or evening cocktails. Very comfortable

We were fortunate enough to stay a month at this property, and everything was as pictured. Super clean and comfortable. There were a few things that needed to be addressed ( garbage disposal repair and BBQ grill replaced) These were treated as soon as possible. Communication could be a bit better, but I’m chalking it up to others factors. Very nice people that have/manage this property and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Bathroom, bedroom! Washer and dryer upstairs with a huge walk in closet. The bedroom was beautiful with added bonus of upstairs porch. The monstrous 4 poster was a challenge to get in, but there was a little stool to help. Once in, I felt like I was in a comfy treehouse. Residential area close enough, but far away enough from the action to be peaceful ( although renovations were going on across the street but that’s a temporary thing)

Perfect key west getaway

Stayed here for the month and can’t wait to go back! Tony and Wendy were great hosts. The property had everything we needed and more. Close enough to bike everywhere you want to go, but on a nice quiet block.

Perfectly relaxing! Staged very nicely!

Great location and property is “over the moon” amazing!!! Owners are attentive and very pleasant as well. Ample parking too where it is normally hard to find. Walking distance to Duval Street and Mallory Square is very doable. You won’t be disappointed!!!
