Accommodate up to 12 guests with 3 King beds, 4 twin bunks, and an extra sleeper sofa. This home will provide your group with the perfect Branson experience.

Perfectly clean and exactly as described, this lakefront spot with a hot tub was even better in person. Wonderful place! The layout was perfect for 3 couples! When we come back, we will def try to stay here again! The shuffleboard & air-hockey in the basement was a great added value! I do wish it had a view of the lake but it was nice having the dock/lake access!

This was an ideal property for lake lovers and anyone visiting Silver Dollar City or going to shows is Branson. The windows looking out on the lake were stunning. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time and this property is all you need in a vacation home! Twelve of us, ranging in age from 3 months to 70; six kids, six adults. Plenty of room, large bedrooms, TV’s in each room, well equipped kitchen, & just steps from the lake and a very nice dock. We fished, made s’mores on the fire pit, enjoyed the deck & the overall beauty of the property. It’s located literally minutes from Silver Dollar City, and a very short drive into Branson. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Perfect size and location

We stayed with two families - 4 adults and 4 children over the Easter holiday weekend. The size was perfect for our crew and we loved the quiet location on the lake. It rained the entire time we were there, so we didn't get to enjoy the outside, but I would love to go back again when the weather is better. We also really enjoyed being in a quiet spot, away from the Branson action. And it would be a perfect spot if you are heading to Silver City.

We thought the house was great! Very nice new house with great layout and plenty of space for a large family. We had our older parents with us and the layout was great for them. property is in great shape with a nice backyard and activities for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay!

What a beautiful property. Everything is new. We enjoyed our visit very much. It was a very safe place to stay and the owners communicated regularly with us with any needs we had. We would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed time around the dinner table, and conversations in the spacious living room. Every year we pick our girls up from camp and have a nice visit after pick up. This property exceeded our expectations as did the customer service.

Great Experience

New construction, very nice home and as advertised. Perfect for our 3 generation family gathering. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen. Relatively easy walk to the lake. We very much enjoyed our stay. Beth (Beth's Breakaways) and her son are very responsive and a delight to work with. We will not hesitate to stay with them in the future.

Amazing getaway!

Our group of four adults and four kids stayed here. It was such a wonderful vacation for all of us. This place had everything we needed and a lot of extras that we enjoyed. Don’t skip the fire pit! We had fun using the kayaks, playing the games in the basement and sitting on the deck. Every room of the house was spacious and clean. Beth was so great to work with. We would happily stay at Beth’s Breakaways again!
