Summary:
Welcome! Come see this beautiful home located in the Central Park neighborhood that can accommodate up to 14 guests. This house features 5 comfortable bedrooms and 2 modernly equipped bathrooms. Have some quality time with your family and friends while cooking in our fully stocked kitchen which boasts butcher block countertops and a kitchen island. Don't forget to check out patio and feel the tranquility of this place! We have a Roku TV and WiFi for your entertainment. We would love to host you!

The Space:
Guests will be welcomed by its cozy and nice-looking front porch. Once you enter inside, you will discover the spacious and well-lit living room. As you walk through on the left is a stairway going to the upper level. The first bathroom is located just in front of the staircase. Our fully equipped kitchen is on the left side of the staircase. We also have a pantry for your storage and a laundry room with access going outside the house. We have one bedroom on the main level while the other four bedrooms as well as the second bathroom are located upstairs.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is conveniently located in major highways and interstates. We are also near restaurants, supermarkets, and schools.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

Renters Beware!!! This turned into a nightmare stay.
First bad review I've ever left. Traveled with students for a conference, and this house appeared perfect for us. Arrived 6:00 p.m. ish and closer we came to the house, the sketchier the neighborhoods got, but we ignored that. House is the last one on a dead end street and another house across from it. They have done an amazing job remodeling the house. We didn't have any complaints about the inside of the house other than very large roaches, spiders, wasps and waking up about 3:00 a.m. to blaring, pounding music coming from a car at the house behind. No other issues yet.. Gone all day and didn't return until around 7:00 p.m. Sreets were much busier and there was a van at the end of the road with its lights on facing us. It stayed there the entire time we were parking and getting unloaded. When I came back out an hour later to go pick up another student, the van was parked 3 inches away from my back bumper in the driveway. Long story short...renters wouldn't do anything and neither would the police. I finally got it out and drove through the yard to get the student. We got back to drug deals and parties across the street. People were all over out in the yard. I told the students to pack up and we were going to a hotel. It was a horrible environment to be in. I called the renter # and they apologized and said they would call back. Just an email saying I parked in the neighbor's drive..not their problem. Refuse to refund two nights.

Stay far Away
Neighborhood is extremely sketchy. Thought we were lost, but I was wrong. Minutes after arriving I witnessed what looked like a drug deal going down in the vacant lot next door. Contacted the host, and told them we did not feel safe and wanted a refund. They did not give it, so I am out another $2800 on another place. I have VRBO involved now.
