Double Booked-walked in on other people’s belongings

We arrived at our beautiful home, put in the door code and found people were staying there already. Beds were in made, clothes were in bedroom, food in kitchen, etc. Called property manager and she was quite sympathetic, but in the end we had no place to go. They I was with four seniors, my infant baby and no where to go! We found something last minute twenty minutes away. Although company has refunded my stay, they were not willing to pay for my new place…. Even out of consideration of the extreme inconvenience. Overall, terrible experience.

Would stay at a property run by these folks again

Property was very clean and Property manager was easy to get ahold of when we had check in issues and they were very quick to fix the issue and. So bonus points for customer service.
