The host was welcoming. We were tired after a day of travel, stopped to get take and bake pizzas, only to find out the stove and oven did not work! There was a 2 burned hot plate for us to use. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. The shower faucet in the master bath could not be turned to hot water (and it took a half hour or more to drain). The shower in the hallway worked great--but did not drain well either. The living room was very cozy and they had heavy, warm blankets and lots of extra blankets. The place was clean.
We enjoyed this property for its value and ability to be all together. With everything so expensive this time of year it was a good choice. Plenty of room.
Everything was super!!!! Look forward to staying here again!!
Everything was great!!! Neighborhood nights and all was just awesome!!!

Good choice for a family getaway
Came up for the UAF graduation ceremony. The house was clean and comfortable much better than two rooms at a hotel would have been for the two nights we stayed.
Shawn was great person, he was just a phone call away. Very patient and caring. We had a great time in Fairbanks this place is beautiful and spacious for 7 women!!!
Very roomy and comfortably furnished we enjoyed looking at their collections. Watching the planes come and go was an extra exciting event especially for the children. It was an excellent choice and if we should come back to Anchorage would certainly hope this property was available. The host was very gracious and contacted us to make sure all was well
Large home with plenty of room for a family. Easy to get to, just a 10 min drive to stores. House has everything you need to feel at home. Would love to come enjoy what summer is like as well.
Thankyou for our wonderful & very cozy home away from home!
Our stay was perfect! Home is super comfortable & perfectly located to explore Fairbanks! The only two downsides were the very steep stairs to reach the bedrooms on the 2nd story & no garage to park our car in for Alaskas frigid winter weather.
The best part were those super warm, thick blankets! ThankYOU!

Stay was great! I could not get a response from the property manager regarding issues like turning AC on, no drinking water coming from the fridge, etc.,
House was in quiet neighborhood, close to everything we wanted to see. Kitchen was well equipped. Chair at dinning room table was broken and made my wife fall. Beds were comfortable. Upstairs was HOT. No window screens so we could not open windows. Heat was biggest issue. Contact information we received was wrong, lady who manages did try and call but couldn't understand what she was saying in voicemail, probably a bad connection. We would probably stay here again if it was cooler.

We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the home’s quiet neighborhood, convenient location, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We’re sorry that parts of your stay did not meet expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to share both what you enjoyed and where the experience could have been better. After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:- The homeowner was concerned to hear about the issue with the dining room chair and has since addressed maintenance throughout the home as part of recent upgrades, repairs, and remodeling to ensure everything is in good condition for future guests.- Regarding the communication challenges and the heat upstairs, the homeowner has also made changes to the property management team since this stay. These updates were made to improve communication with guests and ensure concerns like temperature or comfort during the stay can be addressed more quickly.Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps the homeowner continue improving the experience for future guests.
Big damper we were cold esp. in the gathering family room. 61degrees and the thermostat was in lock box set at 62. I think you should state up front your 65 degrees rule ! Before someone agrees to rent the place they should be aware of this But unable to change temp when set at only 62 was unbearable The lights on garage outside should be able to turn them on to see step down from porch ( yes, on bruised knee) too dark and extension cord to plug car in was frozen in iceSink in up stairs bathroom s l owVery clean Great beds nice kitchen washer dryer

Don't recommend - House needs maintenance and deep cleaning.
Cleaning lady and husband were still in the house when we arrived 30 minutes AFTER check-in time.Second floor was stifling hot. NONE of the upstairs windows had screens in them; we couldn’t leave the windows open to cool off the house.Secondary bathroom - a portion of the flooring in the secondary bathroom was ripped up, there were old partially used bars of soap in the shower, toilet paper holder was broken. The dishwasher control panel was worn and unreadable.Stove top was grimy and toaster over had crumbs on top of it.The faucet in the master bathroom shower was broken. (The diverter valve was broken – you could only have piping-hot or freezing-cold water – no temperature control). The water/ice dispenser in the refrigerator wasn’t connected. One window in the master bedroom didn’t have a blackout blind.Washing machine was full of mold/mildew in the rubber seal and detergent dispenser.House had weird furniture – numerous desks in house and a 4-drawer metal filing cabinet in the master bedroom, but no dresser.Cleaning lady and husband returned to the property on our last night there. The husband was outside on the back patio and the wife was in the basement (the basement was a separate rental space). BUT she came upstairs from the basement into the portion of the house we rented – WITHOUT knocking/asking or even announcing herself. Then at 10pm that night her husband starts cutting hedges with an electric trimmer.

Recent guests have also shared positive feedback praising the home’s cleanliness, reflecting the improvements that have been made.Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps the homeowner continue improving the experience for future guests.
