The space
We’ve taken this century farmhouse and completely renovated it from top to bottom. Everything in this unique and spacious loft apartment is brand new and modern, including all kitchen appliances, stackable laundry, electric fireplace, large sectional, Endy beds, and more.
The space itself is beautiful, functional, and full of character! The kitchen/living/dining area is open concept, and the large windows on all sides of the house let in tons of natural light and make it feel warm and inviting. You’ll find everything you need to enjoy your stay here.

We are located between Sturgeon Lake and Pigeon Lake, and there are many public boat launches around town if you want to bring your water toys along! Fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, paddle boarding, and jet skiing are all popular activities in the area during the summer. You can also rent boats and all the gear you need for water sports nearby.

The loft has a separate entrance at the side of the house, so you can come and go as you please.

We live downstairs, but don’t worry—we will always respect your privacy and ask that you do the same for us.
Despite being so close to everything, the property sits on a very quiet residential street. Our neighbours are lovely and we want to keep them happy while also hosting visitors to the area, so please be mindful of that when booking.
If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay while you explore the area, work remotely, or vacation with your family, this is definitely it, but it’s not the place for parties.
Neighbourhood description
When you're ready to explore, there's no shortage of things to do in the neighbourhood. Stroll over to Bobcaygeon Beach Park just across the street, watch boats go through historic Lock 32 on the Trent Severn Waterway, grab some local goods at the Farmers’ Market on Saturday mornings, or check out Bolton Street next door for restaurants, cafes, and shopping, including the famous Bigley Shoes & Clothing.
Getting around
There are grocery stores, banks, restaurants, cafes, shops, a post office, an LCBO, Beer Store, craft brewery, Tim Horton's, Subway, convenience stores, Kawartha Dairy ice cream, gas stations, and takeout places (pizza, wings, gyros, etc.) all within walking distance.
Free street parking is also available on many nearby streets and on Bolton Street (although it gets extremely busy during the summer and it can be difficult at times to find a parking spot).
