Great family vacation!

The condo location was perfect! Right across the street from the beach, we didn’t have any issues with the public beach being crowded. My nephew loved the pool! The condo had plenty of room and was nicely decorated.

We had a great vacation

This condo was the best we had so far, it was quite and easy access and close to the beach. The pool was very nice and clean, it was also empty all the time which made it feel like our own. I highly recommend this condo

Memorial weekend

Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Slow-draining shower was our only complaint (ankle deep in water), but should be easily fixable. Newer bath towels would be nice, but we would definitely stay there again!

My husband found this adorable condo for us. The condo is decorated so cute and it is very clean and looks even better in person than online. We love Pompano Joes we always wanted to stay at Tradewinds. The location to everything is hard to beat. We have told a lot of our friends and we will definitely be going back.

All in all things were good. Although the housekeeping staff was very prompt in coming out to rectify the problem, management needs to make sure their housekeeping team(s) are replacing/throwing away sheets that are visibly stained.

The property was good. Location of condo was perfect short walk across the street to the beach. Rooms and beds were comfy. I think the only "bad" thing i can say is communication with host wasnt at its best. I had better communications with Saltwater vacations office. Much thanks to Candance at the office.

Updated perfection!

I will start by saying that we stayed for 12 days at this great property. Super close to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The apartment is beautifully decorated and updated throughout. We did have to purchase a couple of basic items for the kitchen which we left behind for the next guests. The only thing I will say is that the listing didn’t mention (and perhaps I misunderstood) but this is an apartment on the second floor. There is only one balcony with a partial view to the ocean (very partial). Otherwise I would highly recommend staying here!

It’s all about location!!!

So upon arrival we were skeptical. There is a huge stain on the sofa so we just covered it with a sheet for our stay and it was forgotten. I will have to say that anything you might feel is not up to par is nothing but normal wear and tear. I can’t imagine that this condo isn’t in constant use due to the absolutely perfect location! A beautiful view and just walk across the street and you are in the water! We only used the pool once and it was nice. I will say there are ample spaces for grilling/picnicking. The kitchen gave us plenty of room for cooking and the bedrooms are nice with comfy beds.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location. However, I was disappointed in a couple of things. The carpet in the livingroom was filthy, one of the twin bedspreads was dirty, there was trash under and in the fold out sofa, the dishwasher has some kind of orange gunk in it and we were only able to park in our designated spot once. I notified y’all about the parking spot and the dishwasher. I might would try another condo but not this one.

Old fashion nice and clean

Relatively easy to rent. Second floor with no lift and outside stairs. Overall it's pretty small and cozy.

Loved our stay but…

We loved our stay… Enjoyed every amenity that was inside of the apartment and the convenient location just a short walk from the beach access. But even though instructions ask the guests to leave the dishwasher loaded and running after checking out, most of the plates, cups and silverware were dirty when we checked in. Also the floors were dirty, my 17 month old was crawling all over the apartment and I had to clean her legs before leaving every time because she had her hands and legs black (literally) from all the dirt.

Cute, clean place with all the conveniences

This condo was clean and comfortable. Normally my back aches from the mattresses, but I have to say all of us were very comfortable and the mattresses didn't disappoint! We loved the balcony overlooking the pool and could see the beach from the condo. Easy check in and out. The only suggestion is to update their silverware and dish soap. Location was near everything and easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again!
