South, it offers a magnificent view of the living room of Notre Dame de la Garde, and 8 m2 terrace with table and wrought iron chairs overlooks the harbor and the city over the rooftops of Marseille. Ideal for an aperitif and a barbecue.
3 bedrooms with double beds and possibility to accommodate two more people in the living room. A bathroom 'Italian' and two toilets and a dressing provides all the necessary comfort for a successful stay.

Great apartment in the best location

6 of us stayed at the Triplex and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location can’t be beat. The spaces allow for privacy and the kitchen is well equipped. The balcony is the best view and a wonderful place to go in the evening. Julien was very helpful and great to work with. We highly recommend it.

Amazing view!

The view from the deck is unmatched. This is a quirky but spacious property. Vieux Port is a lively neighborhood and some nights was a little noisy. The hosts were wonderful-very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again on a return trip!

Stunning views from roof terrace

This was a very interesting, quirky property. The views are absolutely amazing! The owner Julien was extremely helpful and was very accessible working in his shop beneath the property. We would highly recommend this property. The location is fantastic too.

We were a group of four ladies in retirement. The property met our needs and the view, once you made it up the steep stairs to the rooftop, exceeded our expectations. The owner was attentive. Excursions and dining were convenient. Nobody slept in the loft though.

Terrace with space fir 6 with lovely view to harbour and Garde de Notre Dame. Small but adequate kitchen, dining/living area sufficient. 2 decent doubles, one with access to a third double above. Great location, 15 minutes down from station, 1 minute from old port area, boat trips, bars, restaurants. Julien in shop at base of building for advice (and exc. wine and nibbles. Couldn’t be much better.

We had a lovely stay in Marseille. The apartment is very nice, especially the balcony with it's incredible view. It's central location is convenient with a supermarket, bakery and several restaurants nearby. The owner met us at the apartment on our arrival and gave us lots of useful information. The area is very lively in the evenings on the port. It was particularly hot while we were there and 2 of the bedrooms have small windows. As other reviewers have noted, two of the bedrooms are linked which could pose a problem for some guests. Overall, thank you for a lovely relaxing holiday!

A week in Marseille

We had a wonderful week in Marseille in this really nice appartment situated right by the heart of Marseille, Vieux Port. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We were 7 people (4 adults, 3 children) living there and there was enough room for all of us. The description and the pictures in the advertise conforms with the appartment and the owners are accomodating and nice. The appartment is clean and fresh and has everything you need. Just a few minutes away from the appartment you find an U Express, a vegetable and fruit store and a really good boulangerie. Down by Vieux Port you can take the bus and the Metro. You can also take the boat to If, Frioul, Les Calanques and LŽEstaque. We highly recommend a visit to Frioul. Only a walk away you will find Le Panier, a beautiful old part of Marseille with many restaurants and artists. The nearest beach is Les Catalans, about 20 minutes walk, but we recommend to take the bus to La plage de la Prophéte or the Malmousque instead. This is an excellent place to stay if you want to visit Marseille, we highly recommend it to anyone.

Magnifique Marseille!!!

We had the time of our lives here! The apartment was everything you could hope for and more! The multi-level space was light filled and had plenty of room to relax and lounge. The bed is large and comfortable and closing the window/curtains made the room dark and quiet at night. Bathroom is very nice size, especially the walk in shower which was nice for my 6 ft tall husband. As previous reviews have said, the roof top deck is amazing—everyone should at least once in their life have the chance to soak in the sights and sounds of Marseille from there! We enjoyed many lovely picnics on the rooftop, often of various treats/wine we purchased at Fernand et Lily, Julien’s tribute to the grandparents he so loved! But what made our trip so memorable and special was meeting the incredibly kind and helpful Julien and Frederique who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived! As I told Julien when we were leaving, we felt as if we’d made new friends and not just people we were renting an apartment from. We truly hope to return someday! And by the way, if Julien makes a restaurant recommendation or tells you about a neighborhood to explore you should absolutely do it—you will never be disappointed!

Un accueil chaleureux et trÚs amical. Un logement bien agencé, bien situé avec une vue enviable qui surplombe le Vieux Port. Ne cherchez plus l'endroit idéal pour venir à Marseille et y faire de superbes découvertes. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end et découvrir Marseille en cette saison est vraiment sympa.
