The Space:
Located in the heart of the city, The Heritage is your gateway to inner-city living, providing access to some of Auckland’s best amenities at your doorstep. Enjoy sunny afternoons on your balcony or head down to Victoria park for a stroll, another great walking route nearby is the west haven marina or Wynyard quarter and viaduct where you will find fun vibes and delectable food.

This generous apartment offers a laid back and cozy atmosphere with neutral tones and simple interiors. The large floor to ceiling balcony doors offer beautiful indoor outdoor flow from the living area and natural light fills the space in the afternoon with radiating warmth, making it the perfect place to come home to after a day of work, activities or for a weekend away!
The lounge area is an uber comfortable space to unwind with a book or cozy up on a cold night to watch a movie, the TV has live channels and Netflix (account not provided).

Lounge out on the idyllic balcony watching the sun set over the city and harbour, as golden hues paint the sky and radiate the apartment, the perfect spot to relax with a book or your favourite drink.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meal or try out a great new recipe!

The bedroom is a quiet and comfortable space, there is a closest for you to unpack your belongings and really feel at home. The beds are accompanied by high quality linen providing that crisp, sun kissed feeling helping you get a restful and rejuvenating sleep. The shutters offer a “black out” effect to help you doze off.

There is a washer dryer in the bathroom and laundry detergent provided. There is an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

You do have access to the heritage facilities of the rooftop pool, indoor pool, gym and sauna. On a beautiful sunny day head up to the rooftop pool to bask in the sun and cool down with a swim.

You also have access to the hotels facilities; there is an indoor pool, outdoor/ rooftop pool, spa, gym, tennis court, and sauna

Please note the apartment is privately owned and not part of the hotel or associated with the staff.

*Note* This apartment does have a contactless check in procedure - This means you will need to collect the key from an external location that is a few hundred metres away from the apartment. The detailed instructions on how to retrieve & return the keys will be sent to you 48 hours prior to your check in, please ensure you read this before beginning the check in process!

The Neighborhood:
The Heritage is one of the most iconic buildings in the Auckland CBD, and it is full of tradition and history. From there, you’re less than a 10-minute walk away from most of the main city attractions, including the Viaduct, Sky City, Wynyard Quarter, Commercial Bay, Britomart and of course Queen Street.
The Viaduct is buzzing with fancy restaurants, bars and nightlife surrounding the marina - it's a vibrant treat! There are many highlights and conveniences neighbouring the Viaduct making it a breeze for you to see the best parts of the city.

Getting Around:
See the immediate area by foot or scooter or zoom across the bridge to Wynyard Quarter and Silo Park where you will find cafes and bars, the fish market, a basketball court and playground for the kids!
At Commercial Bay and Britomart you can find shopping for all ages and tastes, and you will stumble upon hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart.

Please ensure all lights are turned off when you leave the apartment, and the windows are closed, and the door securely locked behind you. The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any of the guests' property while the guest is onsite.

Also, please note that you will be responsible for yourselves and your guests and will take all necessary care and precautions to ensure their safety at all times and you agree that any damages will be your sole responsibility and the owners and Urban Butler are exempt from all actions, claims, suits, demands, costs and damages arising from any loss or damages suffered to or by any person or property caused by the use of the premises by you or your guests.

Please also note, that any lost keys will be charged for and if you lock yourselves out, the cost of a spare key to be delivered in office hours will be borne by you. Out of hours fees will also apply.

Bond:
A security bond is held for any incidental damage or charges. Please inform us of any issues.

Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.

Lost Keys:
Keys and swipes are expensive, please be careful with them. If lost, we will need to claim the cost from your security bond.

Left Luggage:
Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage at the apartment. There are a couple of options for leaving your luggage around the CBD before your check-in time of 3pm. The best option is The Luggage Hotel at 145 Quay Street (Shed 23 Princes Wharf). Another left luggage solution is available at the downtown Ferry Building, located on Quay Street. Ask the staff at the service desk for assistance. The last suitable option for smaller luggage is the self-service locker at the Britomart train station located on Commerce Street.

No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbours. Security call-out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 4 people to stay at the apartment.

Abide by Body Corporate:
See separate document in the apartment for your convenience.

Fire and Evacuation Procedures:
Please refer to the procedures on the back of the apartment door.
