Longer Stays:
Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.

Check-In and Check-Out:

- Please provide expected check-in time. Will we do our best to cater to early check-in requests.

- Guests to provide expected check-out time(latest being 10 am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs without prior agreement will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental).

- Guest must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.

- Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked.

- Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.

- Carpark can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time.

During Your Stay:

- Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down to reasonable levels at all times.

- Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.

- Guest to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building.

- Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges.

- Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All cost involved with retuning lost items including time taken is chargeable.

Did not receive check in details despite multiple messages through the Bookabach system in the days leading up to check-in. 4 hours before check-in we phoned the Bookabach helpline (direct put through to Vrbo call centre), they were excellent (hold time only a few mins). They got hold of property manager and we then got emailed the details. Apartment clean and comfortable, lovely views. Good towels and sheets. Unsurprisingly right next to motorway the noise was significant if windows open. And you need them open for breeze and cooling (no air conditioning). Mattresses in both rooms appalling: Wire springs barely covered with material and incredibly uncomfortable. Car parking space very very small. Our medium sized car just fit. If you have a large car it won't fit.

Great location apartment
Stayed here whilst relocating to Auckland and awaiting our move in date. Convenient location, secure and great to have the carpark. Good layout, views and very sunny. Clean was ok. Some things requiring a bit of maintenance (i.e. showerhead & fridge seals). A bit of a hassle to get the gate remote at the start which we wanted for our two week stay. as was kept off-site.

Quick Auckland Stop
My friends and I kicked off a two week stay in New Zealand in Auckland. This place was clean and as advertised. It is fairly close to the main downtown where there’s plenty of food and shopping within walking distance. There isn’t really secured parking for guests if you’re planning to have a car but you really don’t think you need one for this location. It’s about 30min from the airport.
