Two bedroom / two bathroom apartment with open plan layout - the lounge opens up to outdoor balcony offering views across the Viaduct precinct and marina. One of the bedrooms is situated at the back of the property and sheltered from the viaduct buzz at night time. This bedroom has a window that can be easily opened to let in some natural light and air as well. The master has a stunning open view of the viaduct right from your bed, opening onto the balcony as well and features an ensuite with a shower and bathtub. Laundry is separate from both bathrooms. All finished off with a large fully renovated kitchen overlooking the lounge matched with new high-class furnishings and top-quality linen.
To complete your booking, the head guest must provide photo ID verification (20+ only, matching booking name), agree to house rules, and pay the security deposit before property access is granted.

HGTV View

The glass walls allowed lots of light and a wonderful breeze through the apartment. The location was great. The only issue was the noise from the restaurants nearby on a Sunday night. We just moved to the back bedroom like the owner suggested. There wasn’t much noise during the week. The owner was very accommodating for an early check-in and check- out. I highly recommend this unit.

LOUD property on weekends

The property is conveniently located close to the CBD (very easy to catch transit from Britomart). Checkin directions were clear and easy to follow, and the property itself was nice, clean, and fairly spacious. However, there was incredibly loud music until 3 AM Friday through Sunday night. The blinds don't help with any sound reduction. Even in the back room furthest from the bar playing the music, the room was so loud that people could not sleep until they closed at 3 am. Also, we had a horrible time getting communication from this property. It seems like there are 2 individuals and a company potentially involved here. They ask for agreement to their terms and an ID prior to check in (which is fine), but that was provided when requested and we were asked for it again multiple times. We asked questions about check in and wifi and had 24 hour+ responses including not having the response on wifi until our second day. On the whole, this experience was fine. But I would say is a far better place to stay if it's a weeknight OR if you plan to be out clubbing/at bars until late anyway.
