About this property

This year-round property provides direct access to the salt water via smooth sloping flat rocks or from a float with use of a large dock. From November to May, we offer 2 BR, 1.5 bath with washer dryer and an enclosed office with desk and Herman Miller chair. From June to October the first-floor room is a bedroom with private access to the 1.5.BA. All rooms have queen beds and cotton linens.

We are within a short drive (8-9 miles) to Pemaquid Point, beach and fort as well as to Damariscotta and other scenic and business locations in the mid-coast area. We are also close to medical facilities including Lincoln Health (8 miles), PennBay Medical Center (32 miles) and Midcoast Medical (33 miles) and Maine Medical Center in Portland (64 miles).
