The Space:
Lodge in this wonderfully furnished apartment and treat it as your home away from home.
The living area consists of white comfy leather couches with vibrant throw pillows here you can sit back and relax as you watch on the huge wall-mounted HD TV. There is also a leather pouf for an extra seating area if you have guests during your stay. A large coffee table, soft carpet, unique pendant lights, and plants complete this relaxing area of the apartment. There's a lot of natural light all over the place - thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows of the apartment.
Adjacent to it is the dining area that comes with a wooden dining table and white dining chairs that can comfortably sit up to four persons. The fully equipped, modern kitchen comes with a stove, microwave, oven, fridge, cookware, dishes and silverware, toaster, and kettle.
Walk your way to the bedroom and be surprised how serene and inviting this area of the apartment is. A king-sized bed with a comfortable mattress fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows will ensure a good night's sleep for you and your loved one. Wall arts, built-in wardrobe, and en suite bathroom that is stocked with fluffy towels and amenities for a real 5-star experience.
There is also a private balcony furnished with outdoor furniture where you can have a nice sit whether be day or night.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors can explore the nearby beaches, malls and restaurants. Minutes away is JBR Beach and Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands and amazing night life, you can even book a luxury yacht cruise for a unique Dubai experience. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a tranquil waterfront community - an early evening stroll or bike ride is highly recommended!
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.
The Marina Promenade Waterbus Station is also a few minutes away. Its routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, and Marina Terrace.
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Economy and Tourism Department (DET).

**Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
***Please be aware that one of the apartments on the 9th floor is undergoing fit-out work. The work is scheduled to last until December 6th and will take place from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday. No loud work is permitted on Saturdays, and construction noise should be avoided between the hours of 8 am and 10 am and 1 pm and 3 pm.
