About this property

1 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Dubai Marina life. Next to tram and metro connecting to major attractions.

I made sure you will find everything to make you feel at home : fully equipped kitchen, living room with comfortable sofa and TV with your favorite series on Netflix, cosy bedroom and balcony with breathtaking Marina view.

Creme de la creme you can use all amenities available like swimming pool and the gym. In case you rent a car there is a free parking space available.

The kitchen if fully stocked with all the equipment you will need to prepare a meal.
There is a washing machine and dishwasher that I am sure will be useful for longer stays.

The apartment is great for a couple and if you have a small baby we can provide you with a travel cot.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a comfy mattres. I will provide you with bed linens and towels during your stay.

For people with determination:
Access ramp to the building both from marina walk and from the main road
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
