This property is a newly renovated apartment just off the world-famous JBR beach. This large studio apartment gives you quick access to JBR, Dubai Marina and is minutes away from transport links to connect you to the city.

The living area of the studio has multiple uses, you are able to relax and watch TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime) on the 42" TV, or lose yourself in a book with full views of Ain Dubai in the background.

There is a dedicated work area for those who may need to log in for a few hours (Fast WIFI).

The open-plan kitchen area is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. Tea, coffee, and kitchen essentials are provided.

A queen size bed with full bedding for when you have seen all the city has to offer will be there to have a great night's sleep.

The balcony off the studio provides the most amazing unobstructed views of Ain Dubai, the beach and Bluewaters which is ideal for alfresco dining.

There are six pools in the JBR complex which are completely free to access as a guest.

There is a free gym complex for you to use when you book in as a guest.
