Spacious and stylish, this one bedroom apartment in The Marina is all you need to make your upcoming vacation comfortable. Decorated in shades of cream and grey with wooden furniture and quirky artwork, you will immediately feel at home. The huge kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to make your meals at home. The kitchen counter has bar stools which you can sit upon and enjoy your dinner. The living area has an L shaped sofa where you can relax after a busy day exploring the city or watch the big screen TV. The living area opens up onto the balcony, spend the morning sipping your coffee admiring the community views whilst planning your days plans. In the bedroom you will find an oversized bed fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft you may land up sleeping in longer than anticipated. There is plenty of wardrobe space and en – suite bathroom. All bathrooms have Key Views fluffy towels and luxurious hotel grade amenities leaving you smelling great all day.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
