The location of the home was the booking perk but the cleanliness and hospitality of the owner was an added plus. There was plenty of room for our group and we loved what she stocked for us in the kitchen as well as shampoo and conditioner!

It was a very nice and accomodating home.We found everything we needed and it was set up very charming. The large dining room and table was perfect!Checkin was easy and the parking ample for us and our guests. The only complaint was that the AC was located upstairs and did not keep up very well with the hot weather that Sioux Center was having the days we stayed there.

Great place, however there was no mention that all the bedrooms were on second floor. One couple had to leave and find a hotel because the husband was unable to access the bedrooms. It would have been very helpful to know that before booking.

Beautiful House

7 of us visited for a wedding and stayed comfortably at your beautiful house. We loved that it was renovated but still had its historic charm. It was clean and had plenty of parking spots. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sioux Center. Thank you!

Beautiful House

This is a beautiful house in a great location in Sioux Center, Iowa. I wish we had been able to spend more time at the house but we were in town for a wedding and spent a lot of time with family at the farm. It was nice to have a little bit of time with just our family at this house. It was the hottest (95) weekend of the summer so for so we couldn't enjoy the front porch. The host provided extra fans to help with air circulation which was very thoughtful.

Beautiful home

This house is beautiful and big!! It’s so close to the university and has anything you need. The owner communicates anytime you ask. This is the first place we look for when we visit Sioux Center!!
