About this property

A fantastic and unique, almost new, award winning property in a serene and beautiful location on the lake front in what has been described as Queenstown’s “best street”, Willow Place.
Te Kohanga (the Nest) is located directly on Queenstown’s lakefront walking track, just a 2-3 mins walk to the Hilton Hotel and the Water Taxi. The house was designed by an Italian architect working with Warren Mahoney and built with the highest quality materials. The interior is beautifully appointed. . There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 living areas. The views are sublime and can be enjoyed from many rooms and areas. The terraces (front and rear) are well equipped with a drinks fridge, barbeque and Jacuzzi.
This is a brand new offering and we are delighted to be bringing it to the market in time for the summer/holiday season.

Perfect getaway with spectacular views

My family and I had the most fantastic stay here over New Year's. The house is gorgeous and comfortable, and the view is spectacular. I appreciated the modern amenities and lovely small touches. Excellent communication through the booking. It's in a great location with water views and near the Frankton Arm of the Queenstown Trail. We enjoyed this walk every morning. Joseph is very kind and responsive. Thank you. It was a lovely stay!
