Set in a 1930's period building, this ground floor corner apartment set at the back of the building, away from busy Queens Road, is bright with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The living room features an over-sized sofa and ottoman; the sofa also functions as a metal-action pull-out queen size sofa bed. Heating is supplied by a gas fire which helps keep the room snug on those cold winter days.
The bedroom features a queen size bed with a large mirror-fronted wardrobe giving guests plenty of hanging and storage space. The bedroom also has its own tv with smart tv functions so you can stream your favourite shows. There is a panel wall heater for warmth in the winter and a blackout blind.
The apartment has its own laundry with a sink and combined washer dryer. There is also free wifi for guest use.
The large kitchen has all things you'd expect to make cooking in your home away from easy and enjoyable. There is a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso-compatible coffee machine. The kitchen has a small table with seating for two if you wish to breakfast in the coffee or chat whilst dinner is being made.
The bathroom has a rainfall shower over the bath and heat lamps on the ceiling for those colder days.
One parking permit is provided for guest use which allows you to park without time limit in the parking areas surrounding the apartment which are time-restricted or market as "permit only". Street parking is available on a first come first served basis in the area and there is no allocated parking space for the apartment. That being said, it is generally not difficult to find a parking space near the apartment.
The nearest tram stop is located less than two minutes' walk away and will take you straight into the heart of the city in under 15 minutes. With such easy public transport connectivity, most guests will not need to use a car to explore the sites of Melbourne.

All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and detailed information so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. There is also a local map with some highlights such as the local supermarket and train station plus maps of Melbourne for those not familiar with the area. All bedding and towels are included for 2 people as booked along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.
2 people is based on 2 people sharing the main bed. If you wish to use the sofa bed, even if there are just 2 occupants, you must book as a minimum of 3 people for the sofa bed bedding to be included for your stay.

This is a quiet building and we expect all guests to be considerate of the neighbours. Please treat the apartment as your own but please no wild parties. We kindly ask guests to wash and put away all used items from the kitchen and leave any rubbish in the rubbish chute when they leave.
Prior to arrival, like staying in a hotel, we ask guests to fill in a registration form to ensure we have full contact details for them. This form also provides more information to ensure you can get a 5 star review for your stay.
