Honestly, after reading some of the reviews regarding this establishment, I was quite nervous as to what to expect. After staying there, I can confidently say that this property was fantastic. The room was clean, had everything needed, including a coffee machine, the bed was extremely comfortable, no traffic noise and the best thing was the secure yard/parking with locked gates. Location was excellent, walking distance to restaurants and Palais Theatre. Even though you have to check-in at Crest on Barkly, that really wasn't an issue and was very straightforward. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and lovely apartments. Only downside is no on site reception so you need to first go to their sister hotel to check in and then walk about 15 mins with your luggage

Excellent location out of the main Melbourne area - close walking even the elderly to shops trams beach nightlife whatever you want is so so close - highly recommend it - Room fine only thing windows didn’t have fly screens so few extra friends crashed but passed out by the lamp so nothing bad
