*** As I need to buzz you up, please do not check-in after 11pm as you may not be able to check-in.
***Our unit is on a high floor so noise generally isn't a problem but please note we are located in one of the busiest neighbourhoods in the heart of Toronto so street noise may be audible at any time of the day especially in the summer months.
*** Guests are liable for damages to the building's common areas and to the unit and any charges/fees incurred due to infracting any of the condo's bylaws.
