Guest Access:
To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lock box on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.
Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You will feel right at home, your worry will fade away. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.

Getting Around:
For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. To reach 6727 Kiva Way, Gulf Shores, AL 36542, you have several transportation options depending on your starting point:
By Car:
If you are coming from Gulf Shores Parkway (AL-59), head west on State Highway 180 (Fort Morgan Road).
Continue on State Highway 180 for approximately 6 miles until you reach the Kiva Dunes community entrance.
Turn left onto Kiva Way and follow the road until you reach 6727 Kiva Way.
Public transportation options in Gulf Shores are limited. There is no direct bus or train service to the area. However, some taxi services and rideshare companies operate in Gulf Shores, offering transportation within the city and from nearby airports.
Please note that it's always a good idea to check for traffic updates and plan your journey accordingly, especially during peak travel times.
The area also hosts numerous festivals, concerts, and events throughout the year, providing endless opportunities for entertainment and cultural experiences.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. The private pool is a shared space between the Main House and the Guest House. Pool heating fees apply. We encourage guests to text us or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions. No Pets allowed.
Free high-speed wireless WIFI (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house, which extends into the back patio. Cable TV is available in all bedrooms and the living room.
Please leave garbage cans in the garage as our team will come by to move them to the curb on Sunday evenings (they will use a garage door opener to access the garage only to not disturb you during your stay).
Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people that will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.
The gas grill uses propane gas for your enjoyment. Please make sure you turn them off when not in use.
A 90 day notice (houses) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of the deposit. The $69 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
