SECURITY BOND: A security bond is compulsory for all reservations. All reservations require either a payment of $1500.00 as a Refundable Damages Bond no later than the day prior to arrival.

Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.
