The master bedroom has a Queen bed & ensuite, and another Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a second full bathroom. 2 highly-rated cafes just around the corner. Sofa bed located in living area for 5th guest. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, with a dining area to enjoy them. The living room is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The apartment also has a modern bathroom with a shower and all necessary amenities. Ground floor has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard. Sofa bed is located in the living area - additional fee applies for linen. Upstairs (1st floor) has bedroom with 1x Queen bed and full bathroom. The 2nd floor - has the Queen bed and ensuite bathroom with Tiled shower, Bidet and vanity. Please note this is a 3 storey property. Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean. With heating and cooling available on both the ground floor and first floor, you can rest easy with a comfortable temperature wherever you are in the house. As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa, smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and Oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords. We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own. City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city. This property has no allocated carparking provided. Street parking only.
