I stayed here for a few nights with my son and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, being right in the central city. I particularly enjoyed all the little extras provided, like laundry detergent, a bottle of milk, salt and pepper - things you may not use on your stay but are a bonus to have.

We didn't need parking this time, but will in future stay. Clean and tidy, all supplies you cd you need and the bottle of red, L&P and biccies were a very nice touch thank you!So central and easy to walk to all major places, gardens, Riverside Market, the Crossing, theatre etc.Eateries abound in the area

Everything was first class in this apartment. They even had a towel warmer. The nice touches were a bottle of wine, Tim tans and ice in the freezer. They were quick to respond with any questions I had.

Modern, bright, clean and comfortable house nicely furnished and with good amenities. Great location in a quiet area, looking out over wide open spaces yet just a few minutes walk into the city centre; having a reserved parking space is a great bonus. Judi at Christchurch Holiday Homes was very friendly and helpful. We recommend Worcester Terrace11.

In walking distance to all the central city attractions, retail shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
Road traffic wasn't an issue like I thought it might have been.
Easy to access with 1 off street carpark.
Bedrooms not large or have a lot of storage but the living space upstairs was plenty big. Pleased with had air con via the heat pump. Great shade with the curtains.
Private. Highly recommend. Would use again.
