Great central city location
In walking distance to all the central city attractions, retail shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Road traffic wasn't an issue like I thought it might have been. Easy to access with 1 off street carpark. Bedrooms not large or have a lot of storage but the living space upstairs was plenty big. Pleased with had air con via the heat pump. Great shade with the curtains. Private. Highly recommend. Would use again.

Modern Comfort
Modern, bright, clean and comfortable house nicely furnished and with good amenities. Great location in a quiet area, looking out over wide open spaces yet just a few minutes walk into the city centre; having a reserved parking space is a great bonus.
