The Space (unlimited)
This chic modern 881 sq ft | 82 sqm condo, located in a less touristy area of Playa del Carmen, offers a stylish, relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy a new, uniquely designed residential and commercial complex with resort-style & family-friendly amenities and still have the feeling of home.

- LUMINOUS LIVING ROOM with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a 50” Smart TV for downtime at home.

- PRIVATE BALCONY via floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors overlooking the pool and seating to enjoy a beverage or relaxed moment.

- DINING TABLE to comfortably accommodate 4 for a peaceful sit-down meal in the comfort of home.

- WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with quality appliances and all you’d need to prepare a simple meal. Plus, extras like a coffee maker for your morning coffee and blender for afternoon drinks or smoothies.

- 2 BEDROOMS & 2 FULL BATHROOMS to accommodate 4 guests as such:

BEDROOM 1: 1 King bed (master) with ensuite bathroom, TV & access to the private balcony
BEDROOM 2: 2 Twin beds, shares bathroom with the common area

- WASHER & DRYER, iron, and a hairdryer in the unit for convenience.

- 1 GARAGE PARKING spot is available for your use at the complex.

Of course, you’ll have access to the amenities on-site you’ll be close to the shopping mall, Plaza las Americas, with retail shops, a cinema, restaurants, and a grocery. Plus, Walmart is not far away, and there are convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance if you don’t feel like going too far.

Plus, lots to see and do around Playa del Carmen -- everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, and boating, eco-parks with underground rivers, Mayan ruins, cenotes (freshwater sinkholes), private boat/yacht and fishing tours, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun, and so much more!

Guest Access
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment and shared access to the pool and lounge areas, tennis court, and children’s playground.

Interaction with Guests
It’s a self-check-in property using the code on the lockbox to obtain the keys. The code will be provided to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!

Other things to note
*Please note there are schedules for the use of some amenities; please see the front desk for those schedules.

Not suitable for home office. The place has a slow WiFi connection.

There are elevators; however, in case they’re out of service, guests will need to climb stairs.

We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, but please note when you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.

There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.

Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the apartment, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- We ask that you please use the safe box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. The use of music devices and speakers in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Please only use disposable or plastic cups in the pool area.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

The condo is located in the new Valle Aurora residential complex in the Ejidal neighborhood and includes on-site amenities like a pool, jacuzzi, gym, sports courts, BBQ grills, lobby & common areas, and security on-site.

- 3.5 km|2 miles (7-min drive) to the famous 5th Avenue, the beach & popular beach clubs like Mamitas! It’s where you’ll find fantastic shopping, restaurants, cafes, nightlife, and vibrant shopping malls like Paseo del Carmen, Quinta Alegría, and The Shops at Calle Corazón.
