This modern offering consists of a gorgeous main house, a charming bunkhouse, and a new pool and spa, all located on the same property! With accommodations like this, the Clover Haus is certain to become your all-time, Fredericksburg favorite!

The stunning Clover Haus has been decorated with upscale vintage decor. This home has 4 bedrooms divided between the guest house and the main house. This beautiful Texas home comes with a spacious kitchen with brand new appliances, dining space, and living area, making it the best place for you and your loved ones to enjoy a family game night or big cookouts! The Clover Haus will provide you with the luxury you need to have an unforgettable vacation. After a long day of exploring Fredericksburg, you can enjoy an evening of relaxation in our private pool and spa, or unwind and relax with a glass of wine in our amazing backyard. The outdoor spaces of this lovely home are what vacation dreams are created from!

• Please note that the bunkhouse is a separate unit from the main house
*Washer and Dryer for guest use is located in the bunkhouse.
-Please be aware that the pool and hot tub are serviced and cleaned on Mondays and Thursdays, so you may encounter the pool cleaning company if you have the home reserved during these times.

It is a good location and beautiful pool but we were unable to use it for half our stay because the pool wasn’t clean when we arrived and we were given many different timelines before it was actually done. But after it was cleaned, we enjoyed it very much.

Girl's weekend

We had a great time at this place. The rooms were cozy, the hot tub and fire pit were awesome. It's very close to main street, which is great, but the street the house is on doesn't have any lights, so it's still a little dangerous to walk from the house to main street. The house itself is very cute and comfortable, and well taken care of. Plenty of room for all of our fun weekend needs!

Almost...a great stay

The property is cute and in a great area. It's super easy to access everything by car. The house held everyone nicely and the pool was a great addition to our stay. The A/C in the bunkhouse was not operating properly. The management service was helpful and prompt and did they best they could under the circumstances. It could use some overall TLC and through cleaning to keep it nice. I would rent from Cozi again, just perhaps not this property.

Girls Trip

It was great! It had plenty of room for all nine of us. Beds very comfortable. The only reason I rated a 4 was had trouble with code when we got there and was holding to talk to someone for 15 mins out in the heat. Once I got ahold of someone it went very quickly. And I would suggest curtains in the master bedroom, pool lights are very bright. Other than that a great place to stay. We all enjoyed our trip.

House with second bedroom that was a garage

It was a nice place but the furniture all over except the beds were uncomfortable and very low. The pool area was not clean, we picked up many bottle caps that could hurt bare feet. The little house was cute but needs a television. Overall a cute place but needs some work.
