Other Things To Note:
The apartment is located in a quiet residential block in a very safe neighbourhood.
We will endeavour to have the property ready before your designated check-in time, however, your check-in time may be pushed back in the rare event that our housekeeping service is delayed.
Guest Access:
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and access is through a front security door and then via a secure lift or through the under cover Aldi free parking area and then via the secure lift.
Interaction With Guests:
We are always available & contactable via messaging or mobile any time should you require anything at all as we live locally too.
House Rules:
Please be respectful of the property, keep it clean and return it the same way you received it.
* Please at the end of your stay empty the inside bins and take out all the rubbish to the main rubbish bins in the designated main bins area located in the upper carpark level. Access is via the lift and you will need your key fob.
* Wash up any used dishes etc.
If there are excessive amounts of rubbish and/or dirty dishes left inside the apartment, extra cleaning fees may apply.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests.
- If you break or damage something, please let us know so we can arrange for its replacement/repair.
- No noise, loud music, loud talking or congregating outside between 9pm - 8am.
- No parties or events at any time. Complaints of unruly behaviour will unfortunately result in you being asked to leave.
- Please respect our neighbours at all times.
- Remember to return all keys. Charges will apply for any unreturned or lost keys - $500.
