Tastefully decorated and very comfortable and quiet apartment with all conveniences, close to some up and coming wine bars nearby if you search for them and close to the city.
The apartment was a lovely cozy little place in a really quiet nice area with plenty of little cafes and shops nearby. I had a great time and enjoyed my stay.
Host was lovely and very thorough with directions to access the property. Place was in a fantastic location with walking distance to everything you need and more! Very much enjoyed my stay and will be back if I ever come this way again.

Everything was so well organised and I love the older style architecture of Melbourne. With a lovely private garden and so close to the city, it suited all my needs. Neil and Les were perfect hosts; welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend and would stay again.
Lovely 1br apartment in a Laneway 3 minutes from the main street of North Melbourne. Warm and cosy, comfortable bed, 2 minute walk to #57 tram to the CBD. This is our second visit & we will stay here again.

I enjoyed staying in the accommodation that was well maintained and exceptionally clean. A bonus was the beautiful courtyard garden. It was interesting reading about the history of the grand building and also the recommendations for dining out. Great location.
We enjoyed our stay, we were out most of the time but the location was fantastic. We loved walking to the markets and it was so easy to get home on the tram, with the stop nearby. We loved coming home to the cosy apartment and very comfy bed. The shower was great too! Very clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay.

Our experience staying at Neil’s place was fantastic! Great location in an apartment that captures the vibe of Melbourne architecture. Neil was super accommodating and friendly and the place is close to shops, tram stops and the Queen Vic markets. We definitely recommend!!
It was a very cosy and comfortable stay. I had everything that I needed. I wish I could have enjoyed the garden area, but it was too chilly for that. I would definitely recommend the apartment for a single person or couple.
Chetwyn apartment suited us perfectly with spacious living and bedroom, modern bathroom and small kitchen with everything we needed supplied. This came with characterful decor and the secret garden, a lovely surprise in such a location. Tram was very close, frequent 57 trams to the city.
